Our True Habits start with everyday little choices. Being active, having a positive outlook, eating healthy, and making time for those we love, ourselves included. Michelle, Mom of 2, kick a** woman and Runner/triathlete - Casey is the trainer that I compare all other trainers too.

When I first met with Casey I became super excited because I knew she understood my goals. She didn't try and change them for me. She was encouraging right away and not once did that encouragement waiver. While I have always been one to push hard and not give up, Casey somehow became someone that I didn't want to disappoint.
Services
I did not understand this idea until more recently. With a very athletic background, I always thought "Shouldn't I just want to do my best just because" and that is true, I guess I had never met people who really inspired me too. Because there is something about being inspired by the positivity of others that can make you want to be better.
From personal experience I know sometimes I don't do something because I don't know what it is and I'm afraid to ask. Log in with a google account, say hi (if you want) turn your camera and optionally audio off. Then click my video so it shows up as the main image and stays there if you don't click it the loudest person shows up.
