Been coming here for about 7 months now and truly grateful for their consistently friendly and genuine staff. Here about 6 days a week and cannot think of a single negative interaction with anyone at the gym (including members). Every once in a while you come across a business that feels like a home and this is it. Thank you Tracy, J, Paul and Josh for your positive attitudes, dialed staff, SPOTLESS gym and culture of empowerment through serving others. I can’t thank BSF and their staff enough for their stance during these times. I found them through a friend of mine, and it has quickly became my favorite gym. The staff is extremely professional and usually greet you by your fist name when you enter. Josh, Lindsey, and they rest of the staff there are top notch.

I purchased the 2 week pass and I really enjoy training at BSF! The environment is awesome and I feel like I am surrounded by like-minded people who are as passionate about lifting as I am. The music always hypes me up. I love the variety of machines and equipment. Especially the adjustable hip thrust bench!!!
The only downside is I feel like it could be a little cleaner and more organized.
This is the place to go for those who are serious about lifting and ready to take it to the next level!

Do you want a gym where you go to workout and everybody and I mean everybody is on that same level and mindset? This is the place ! Clean, great vibe , and a passion for fitness runs through this place . They are a small business that truly cares about it's community and it's members. Josh is a stand up guy and when he sees you, he takes time out of his day or workout to come greet and ask how you're doing. Doesn't matter your fitness level they have everything you need.
