Went there on Friday because they advertised gluten-free. Ordered GF breadsticks, and was served regular. Waitress said ‘oops’ when she brought the GF out; sick for two days, I have Celiac Disease. Management gave a week apology when called on it; then again what is the correct response to negligently poisoning someone?
Also during our visit the help brought out someone else’s order and left it on our table for about ten minutes before they scooped it up and took it to someone in the bar. Can only imagine how often that happens; we did not taste or touch, but I’m guessing others have or

Ordered a 5 topping pizza for delivery. It arrived in excellent time. Unfortunately the pizza was missing a couple of toppings as well as smooshed to one side of the box and the toppings all to the one side of the pizza. Called immediately to complain and was told that there was no manager available to take care of it and that if I left my information the manager would call me first thing in the morning.

We have ordered from Tarantino's on multiple occasions. We decided to order on Saturday and called for delivery. I was told 45 minutes. At an hour and a half in I called and was rudely passed around to different employees because no one wanted to "deal with a pissed off lady" to quote one of them. I was not even angry before I called just inquiring about our order. Then I was told that I should have been told two to three hours. They did not offer to try and correct their error or try to fix it. The worst customer service. This was not our first experience with this from this establishment. They

We decided to try this place last night..to our surprise, this place was awful from the second we walked in the door! First off the young lady at the front was more interested in sittinb down and being on her phone then she was about helping us..when we ordered i was looked at on multiple occasions like she didn't have a clue how to do her job..none of the people in the back smiled once or was upbeat..just all around rude and disrespectful service! When our food came the Jo's bread sticks were not even cooked all the way..not sure about anyone else, but biting into 1/2-3/4inch of raw dough is disgusting

We have been fans of Tarantino's pizza for a while. Recently though I have noticed poor customer service. Two weeks ago we ordered online (which we have done in the past, no issues!) and when I got there to pick the pizza up the two young girls at the front counter took 15 minutes to figure out that the kitchen never got my order, even though the front did and that it would be another 1/2 hour. They were completely rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing them. I asked for my money back and ate somewhere else. Tonight I gave it another try and while they had my pizza ready, their customer service
