They have no sense of urgency. You create a maintenance request and it’s immediately closed saying the request is complete! I haven’t had heat for a month and they say they will talk to the supervisor and then they mark the request as completed?

I enjoyed my time here. Everybody is friendly, the apartments are nice and move out charges were fair and well explained. I would recommend the community to others!

As a new resident on the property. I am very impressed with everything so far. All the leasing agents were friendly and caring. I am so thankful to be apart of such a safe community. Rent is a little expensive, but on the other hand you get what you pay for! I enjoy all the amenities this property has to offer. Other then that I have heard maintenance is a little slow, but no complaints here so far.

Really great apartment community! The office staff is very friendly and accommodating and really seem to take questions and concerns seriously. The property is nice and my apartment has a lot of space.

We wasn’t here long, but for our limited stay I must say Waterstone at Big Creek is a lovely place to call home. The front office staff is very friendly and take pride in making sure their residents are comfortable.
Great location for all residents.

I’m just wanting to leave a quick review about the new Maintenance supervisor Van and also Miss Leah at the front office.
Our AC unit went out (perfect timing with southern heat). We felt like nothing was really getting done (Heat does crazy stuff you know), but Miss Leah made sure it did. I really appreciate her and her quick responses. She was extremely kind to us and made us feel much more at ease.
Van is the new maintenance supervisor and he is very sweet. I felt like we could really trust him and I feel very delighted with his work. Our air conditioning is already working and feels so

The community is very welcoming. I love having so may restaurants and movies available at walking distance. The ceilings are 10 ft and very spacious. Its very quiet here. I really enjoy grilling any day of the week and here I can do that, and on top of it its affordable for me and my family.
