Mr. Ruby is a Kentucky native where his family has lived for generations. He honed his business acumen while in college at the University of Louisville Business School where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in marketing and a minor in communications. He also was on the Dean's List and a Dean's Scholar and also received several academic honors and scholarships.

I worked with John on a trust agreement and future planning for my children. He was terrific: knowledgable, thorough, prompt. He always answered my questions and returned phone calls in a timely way.
About a year later, I had a legal question that I thought he might be able to answer by phone. Again, he returned my call promptly, answered me thoroughly, and said that I owed him NOTHING!
I take recommendations seriously. They reflect on me too! I do not know all of John's specialties or expertise, but he was great to work with in the areas I needed.

After the death of my mother in 2013, I contracted John Ruby to guide me through the estate and probate process. As an out-of-state executrix, he took care of all court-related issues issued for me and I didn't have to make a trip back to Louisville for any of these procedures. He kept me on track as far as what I needed to do and provided answers to all my questions. The estate was closed in a timely matter, with no issues to deal with. I would recommend Mr. Ruby to others having to go through this process as well as he was very knowledgable about the process.
