Ordered today. Ham and Swiss cheese calzone with honey mustard inside and on the side. I received the calzone after the expected hour long wait and got a ham and American, no sauce inside, and marinara on the side. Called to confront the worker nicely and they said oh we have too many orders and hung up on me. Not returning now as this isn't the first time with rude staffing for their mess ups.

These reviews are misleading. The crust is ALWAYS 9/10 times inedible and tastes like cardboard. They put 3 slice of pepperoni on a large, and bump it up to 5 if you ask for extra!! Lol. The prices are outrageous. Which is why I can go to dominos and get a large perfectly hot pizza that tastes delicious for $7.99. I can get 2 medium pan pizzas which are better than any local pizza for the prize of a large cheese

Central Pizza is one of my favorite places to go in town; they have great food great and great staff! I definitely think Central Pizza would benefit from moving to a bigger location since many customers come to this establishment each day. With regard to the service, they are generally pretty good. However, they are understaffed and will sometimes make mistakes with orders. But they will correct those mistakes in a timely fashion. If you’re ever in the Franklin area, definitely visit Central!
