I had an exceptionally wonderful experience at Dr. Donn’s office. Everyone was gentle, warm and friendly. Dr. Donn was very nice and kind. I am one who is scared to death of the dentist, but NOT after going to Dr. Donn. I will never be afraid again thanks to Dr. Donn and his wonderful staff. Thank you.

I was so pleasantly pleased. I was overwhelmed with the kindness of the entire staff. The hygienist, the technician who took the x-rays, the entire front desk personnel, others whose titles and duties I don't know and lastly but not least Dr Donn.
The head always sets the tone, atmosphere, bar of the environment. It's easy to see why this staff is so excellent at what you do.
I sincerely thank you for making this experience less stressful. I'm still afraid of the dentist. However, I can now face my appointments knowing I'm in the best of hands. I appreciate you.

He's a hack!! All the work he did on me had to be redone or teeth pulled. Bridge 2 years old porcelain cracked. Have to have 2 root canals on both sides of the bridge. Root canal upper tooth cracked crown over top. Thousands of dollars every tooth he fixed needed to be redone. Everything was good until insurance renewed in January. I do not recommend!!!

I have had a fear of dentists most of my life but Dr Donn has put my fears to rest. He is absolutely the best dentist I’ve ever gone to. In addition, His staff is friendly and efficient, and now my entire family including my two adult children, my daughter-in-law and son-in-law, and both grandchildren see Dr Donn…Need I say more.
It’s too bad I can only give him a five star rating - he deserves more stars!!!

Dr. Donn saved me lots of time and expense by saving a tooth which other dentists and specialists said needed to be extracted and replaced with an implant.
He is a man of integrity.
His office is staffed with caring, reliable and professional people.
I I always have good experiences and outcomes with him.
He even worked with me regarding charges which my supplemental insurance company refused to pay.

Dr. Donn came to my rescue a couple of years ago when I had a dental emergency and I've been with him ever since! Really glad someone recommended him!
I've always been impressed with how caring and thorough Dr. Donn is in terms of discussing the finding of the dental x-rays, suggested treatment and making sure everything is done properly the first time!

Decent dentist, I wouldn't say this office provides you with any ultimate experience however. As a new customer you may be blown away by the nice looks and pleasantness of the receptionist but more often than not it is a show put on by many. The dentist himself spends minimal time with you and seems to always be requesting expensive procedures. I received a call today regarding an appointment l had forgotten about and called to let them know I had a flat tire and could be there within some time and the receptionist presented herself to have an attitude when speaking to me and went straight

I just left Dr. Donn's office. It was a great experience! They are very punctual. I am used to waiting. If you are on time for your appointment, there will be little or no wait.
The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I hate the dentist and have avoided it for way too long. However, I am happy that I am on my way to having my best smile ever!

1 problem tho, whoever is answering the phones and scheduling appointments is VERY rude. I'm not sure if costumer service was a requirement for her position but WOWIEEE..... She answers the phone with an ATTITUDE. It makes me question my tone, "was I rude? What could I have done to offend her???". I had an appointment that was scheduled wrong and she had called me with some kind of vengeance and would not take my apologies for answers. She could have easily asked if I wanted to cancel the appointment but she persisted. This was not the first time

I have genetically weak teeth and I am terrified of dental procedures. Dr Donn and his staff are always friendly, reassuring and make sure I am comfortable and pain free throughout my time there. My son has also been going to Dr Donn since he was quite young and he has absolutely no fear of going to the dentist despite needing an extraction. His dental health has improved greatly since we switched him to Dr Donn's office. I highly recommend Dr Donn particularly if you have sensitive teeth or have had bad experiences at other offices.

Upon arriving tony appt., I was very impress with the smoked glass door, stepped inside and "wow" what a very nice looking office. Staff were friendly, orange and gray decor, cute kids area.
He was voted Best Dentist of South Jersey.
Tracy cleaned my teeth, she was good good and very nice!
For a first time gift I got a blanket and of course a goodie bag!

I've never had a real issue with dentists, but Dr. Donn has been the best I've come by so far. Reasonable pricing, very knowledgable, and good atmosphere. The early hours (I'm talking 5am) really help because I don't have to miss any time at work for an appointment.
Details about my visits: I had a root canal retreated after it failed after 5 years. It didn't work out so Dr. Donn pulled the tooth 2 weeks later. But it was surprisingly an easy process and it was done strategically so I didn't throw money out the window.
