I have lived at 6th and Raymond in the same apartment for going on 29 years. Lots of small and large issues have come up over the years with my apartment-- and the whole building in general-- but I have to say that Davell has been the manager the most "on it"-- and that totally makes a difference in living as a tenant.
I've had a faulty kitchen ceiling light for years that was never taken care of with previous managers, even with many complaints. Even more serious, a faulty stove was "repaired" over and over again by the building handyman (various ones), without ever resolving the problem and
