We waited 2 hours for the food to arrive and it arrived cold. We ordered a chicken and broc combo and there was a white hair inside the rice. We called the restaurant to complain and they said they would bring another but we asked to change it to spare rib combo instead bc the chicken and brocolli was bland and they wanted to charge extra after all the complaints we just gave we told them to forget it and we will never order from there again. I would not recommend this restaurant.

The food was very over cooked and the restaurant was one big messy storage room not clean.

Only two employees— the food is great but the service is horrible. I ordered food and she told me ten minutes, I arrived and she wasn’t there only her husband and he doesn’t speak English, so I had food sitting on the counter waiting for his wife to return so she can charge my card because the husband couldn’t do it. Very unprofessional and a little aggravating. They should hire a driver because.

Big portions, came fast, good prices, awesome delivery. I've tried china king, fortune garden, fortune wok, and most other delivery chinese in Middletown and this one was the best of all of them hands down.

Called to order lunch. Was told that it would be 25 minutes. A hour and 45 minutes later and many calls to the company with rude responses from the lady that answered, we finally got our lackluster cold food delivered. No apologies no reason as to why it was so late. Other then traffic. Delivered by a very rude delivery lady. Not going to this place in the future.

Worst service ever! Waited 1 hr and half before getting food. I called them 3 times asking where the food was and every time she said it should be there in 10 minutes. Asked to speak to manager, she said they were not there. Finally got food and asked for discount and lady refused. Food was bad too! Never go to this place. They are liars and it is not worth your money!

I had recently ordered fried chicken wings with pork fried rice but when I received my order, I ended up getting chopped wing selections and not the full chicken WING as it supposed to be or as they are stating on the menu. I paid for full chicken wings and not wing sections which I was very disappointed with and when I try to mention it to them, they started stating that they are chicken wings and that the owner is the one doing it like this, so with that being said, I told them that I will no longer be doing business with them for the false advertising on there “chicken section” for calling

BEST BEST BEST BBQ BONELESS RIBS ON THE PLANET. I love this place. Staff is always pleasant and friendly, service is always fresh and speedy. Cooked to perfection. Always on the top of my favorites list.

When placing our order we were told it would be delivered in approximately 45 minutes. As we are in an office setting we have a limited time frame to eat and plan accordingly when ordering out to make sure we are prepared for its arrival. This order took twice as long, 1 1/2 hours. When we called to follow up we were repeatedly rudely dismissed, the request to speak to a manager was denied. When the food finally arrived there was no apology, just an excuse about traffic. The food was adequate, the service was awful.

I just want to say I have had such a pleasant experience. This restaurant holds everything to a golden standard. The hard work and dedication each employee put into your meal is something I haven’t experienced in years. The flavors are bursting in every bite. They exceed all expectations. I hope everyone gets a chance to share a meal at this restaurant. Thank you again so much.
