We were remote buyers relocating from CT to FL. I had spoken with Rich once in the phone and set a game plan for a few months out for when we were going to be able to visit the area. A house popped up online, gave Rich a call, the same day he was at the house FaceTiming us and giving us the rundown. I have been fortunate enough to have bought and sold two houses before this one, one in CT and one in TX.
