With a passion for fitness that is only outmatched by his passion for his clients' success, Jeff Jimeson loves the challenge that each individual body brings. He has been a personal trainer since 1994 and thrives on seeing how much his clients change from the inside out. Since 2014 he has been providing off-ice conditioning for many competitive figure skaters.
Advanced Physical Training has been training a wide range of clients made up of amateur athletes, business professionals, high school athletes, stay-at-home moms, retired couples and people just like you since 1997. Our training facility is located in downtown Colorado Springs in the Warehouse building.
Advanced Physical Training views the nutrition plan in the same way as we view the training program. We look at where you are and where you want to go and build a specialized nutrition plan accordingly. We aim to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our clients and that starts with the analysis and screening process.
This is a great place to start your workout program. This workout focuses on Joint Mobility, Muscular strength, and Muscular endurance. Use this workout to develop your foundation in which to build upon. Stay strict with your form. Form development here is very important for you as you progress to the next level of your fitness.
You do not have to be an athlete to suffer the aches and pains of activity and age. The Functional Movement System is used throughout the world in every major sport and by more than 50 U.S. professional and college teams. Jeff is a certified FMS trainer and offers a simple ten minute test of seven basic movement patterns to all new clients.
