We are proud to announce that Accolade Fitness has been serving Colorado Springs' west side over eleven years strong! With many original members still in our ranks, we continue to provide our neighbors with a fitness value, sense of community, and great place to get in a good workout! Through years of gym membership, Duane endured several ownership changes, name changes and philosophy changes.
We are so proud of both our member's success, as well for the kind words they share on their experience to our facilities. This is nice private owner gym. Only two locations in Colorado Springs. The equipment is all in great shape and the facility is very clean. The locker room is large with high quality lockers.

We offer FREE CLASSES to our members, including Yoga, Suspension Training, Kickboxing, senior-friendly classes, and a variety of Zumba: Zumba Fitness, Zumba Toning and Zumba Gold. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM. They play a game with you. If you move, and do not terminate the membership before you move, they demand you mail them (via postal mail) a letter terminating your membership. While the request for formal termination isn't bad, the fundamental idea that you have to "mail" it and not email it is just indicative that they want to make it difficult for you to terminate the membership and continue to charge you for something that it is impossible for you to use - this will be posted all over to ensure others are aware of the gimmick. These folks just want to charge your credit

I am so glad that I am a member of this gym. The staff here is so genuine and kind. They greet me at the door and are always making sure the gym is in top shape. The equipment is always clean and working. The atmosphere here is great and I couldn't ask for more. Compared to any other gym I have been to Accolade Fitness goes above and beyond every expectation.

Honestly, I'm always super skeptical about gyms. Not because of the facilities, but the people that enroll in them. Accolade fitness was awesome when I first signed up, the staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. If you have questions, they have answers. My first workout I completed there today was a great success and my self consciousness melted away pretty quickly. The other members of the gym are relatively friendly, I was greeted with smiles, but mostly everyone keeps to themselves and focuses on what they're doing, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I called to cancel my membership as I noticed they recently reopened from COVID shutdown, but was told I was one day late and they must continue to bill us for the month of June. The person I spoke with was not helpful and said they couldn't stop payment due to a third party. Whatever, I find that hard to believe; you can't remedy a refund especially during a pandemic?! Oh and you must come into the building to sign off to cancel. Not cool to be charged when we don't want to work out inside a facility while COVID is still spreading. Fine then - when I did go to Accolade before COVID

Horrible...they say they want to be part of the community but take the money away. I've supported them as a local...never wanted to give in to big corporations but they have not worked with me and my family. Have charged both my accounts to make their money and not let us in. Tried multiple times to get through to them to help with this difficult times and no help. They have charged twice on me and my daughters accounts. I know mega corporations like Planet FItness and Golds have discounted my friends and family. Highly recommend avoid this place. have

The fitness club is conveniently located in a quiet area off of busy Garden of the Gods Rd West. Staff are very nice and attentive to patrons, helpful, and made me feel welcome on the 3 free days they gave me to use the gym and consider whether or not I wanted to become a member. The men's locker room was nice, clean, everything was in working order, and the three gym rooms with weights had every weight machine commonly used today, clean, neat, new-looking, and they had TVs that you could watch set up high, and Live TV on many of the cardio machines. Just saw an article online about Accolade refunding membership fees due to the COVID-19 closure. I checked my bank account and sure enough, there it was - my monthly withdrawal refunded in full. Aside from being an excellent, clean, and convenient gym - I am beyond impressed that they immediately went above and beyond to take care of their members in the midst of all of the anxiety and unknown that is happening right now. I went in as a guest with my bf the gym it's pretty nice and clean , the prices it's good for a membership and I like that they had the guess prices which it's then 1st time I see that on any gym so that was once to see. I like all the work out equipment and I like that the have group classes , and tanning beds. The classes are only for membership members so I couldn't do any but if you guys live in the area I feel like it's a great gym to go to.

Initially I really loved going here when I first joined over a year ago...however there's a lack of communication with the staff from management...the facility is fairly clean, most of the staff are congenial and pleasant to be around...the suggestion I have is to have staff walk around the facility to ensure the equipment is cleaned and that those that want to use the equipment can so that all members can feel welcome and we can get in and out in a timely manner...

Amazing customer service. The staff does frequent walk throughs to ensure there isn't any trash or to organize weights. They welcome you and say bye. Always on time to open. Listen to concerns and take action. I can go on.
The layout is perfect. You have 3 yes 3 areas for weights. 2 areas for cardio. Can't do treadmills? Me neither. A trail to Garden of The Gods is right around the corner (you can walk there). It's PERFECT. Don't want lunk alarms? Me neither. Squat racks, smith machines, incline benches, flat benches

Working out is important Accolade is my go to gym, they got everything I need.
The equipment is decent, the treadmills all work, and the staff is ok. Not super friendly which i don't mind. They even got tanning beds which look legit enough.
The only thing that bothers me is their schedule M - T close at 10 then Friday different and weekends also different. Goimg 24hrs would be awesome.
