Whether it's 10 people or 150, at the Red Mountain Grill we can take care of all the details. Our professional catering staff are dedicated to giving you the best experience.
At this time, we do not accept phone reservations. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis. We can seat 150 people in the main building and 40 people in our seasonal beer garden. How Late Do you Serve? We do close the bar on a sliding time from 11:30 a.m. until 2 a.m. When is Happy Hour? Happy hour is Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., and 10 p.m. until close every day.

A packed bar and restaurant with great atmosphere. Come over to watch the game or enjoy a great selection of food from taco's all the way to pizza. Stick to the more simple fair, it's what they do best. Don't expect to much from the higher priced options. Thankfully what they do good is really good, but what they don't is pretty lackluster.
Still better than the Dam Brewery at least.

This place has gone significantly down hill in the last couple of years. Last spring when we were here the waitress was a bit snotty and they charged us with a mandatory 20% tip. Tonight it was a bit busy and they were not seating all tables. When we were seated we got to sit in the Artic. We all had to wear our coats. I asked the waiter if we could move to an open table away from the draft of the door. He was was not helpful and said no that it wasn't in his section. Then he got even more snark and walked away instead of taking our drink order and asked us if we wanted to leave. When

Passing through for dinner. This place had cool décor and decent service but the food was not very good, especially for the price.
I had a super bland French dip that came out cold. Definitely not worth $22.
The french onion soup and green chili also came out cold, and everything tasted off like it had no seasoning. It reminded me of cafeteria food. The bison burger was one exception, it was tasty and at least was warm.
The dining room itself was very chilly which could explain the cold food. I had to eat with my heavy jacket on. I wanted to like this place so bad, it looked neat from the outside

My family and I have been here multiple times, we’ve always had incredible experiences. Unfortunately, this evening we had a question about the up-charge on our veggie burger (0 challenges with paying the upgrade fee just wanted to clarify) Adam came to our table and was incredibly rude. He was saying we wouldn’t find food cheaper, was complaining about the prices in Summit county and how he was unhappy and challenged with prices were raising for himself. He also stated he acted the way he did since we were sitting at a high top able in the bar (so our sons were able to watch the polar express

Sunday late lunch, seated immediately in dining area. Bar area however, was full and even had some patrons standing. Of course, have to say, it was just an hour before the Denver Broncos game.

Oh my God where do I start with this review. This place was amazing we started off with pretzals and they were the size of my head and I mean huge. The calamari was to die for. Both of these appitizer's were on point. I had the ribeye for dinner I it was a bit on the thin side for the price but never the less very good flavor. The pizza was made in authentic pizza oven and let me tell you something it was amazing (grace). The beer section was great and ice cold. This a must try if in the Silverthorne Colo area.

Took a few to be seated. They seem to be short handed because while we were waiting after we ordered, another couple waited at least five minutes to be seated. And tables had to be bussed as well. I decided on fish and chips and he had the ultimate French dip. The server was friendly and rushing around. I felt bad for her.

Great place for lunch or dinner. The appetizers were great, especially the potstickers. I got the surf and turf tacos and they were extremely good and quite large for only being two for the entree. The drinks were rather good as well. The Moscow mules with many different flavors were my favorite. Atmosphere and service were also very very great. I definitely recommend eating here while you're in Dillon!

We went on a Tuesday night and they had a bacon wrapped filet special for $17.95! That's what I got and it was delicious, served with mashed potatoes and some sautéed squash and zucchini.
My wife got the French Dip sandwich and was very pleased.
We loved the design of the restaurant and all of the style elements. The windows gave us nice views of the sunset sky.

My boyfriend and I took a mini break up to Dillon this past weekend, and as we looked for somewhere to have a quick lunch, this caught my eye.
The Good...
-The place is BEAUTIFUL! I just loved the decor. Though it seemed not to fit the "grill"/"sports bar" type food and vibe.
The "A-OK"...
-The service was not horrible, but kind of slow. Especially when the place wasn't really that busy. But we weren't totally ignored, so I can't complain too much.
