Carla Properties was founded in 1958 and began acquisition and management of commercial real estate investments in the greater Portland, Oregon area, with the purchase of a 50,000 square foot industrial building. Today, this building is still leased to the original tenant, Graybar Electric. From that first acquisition in 1958, we have acquired over 2,800 multifamily units, and a suburban industrial park.
Our many apartment communities throughout the Portland Metropolitan area offer an array of choices to fit your needs. Our beautifully maintained communities and manicured landscaping make you feel right at home. Sparkling swimming pools and state of the art fitness centers are just a few of the extras our communities have to offer.
Hampshire Downs offers a variety of one, two and three bedroom apartments and townhomes with fully equipped kitchens and full size washer and dryer. Fireplaces and garages are available. Covered parking is included with most apartments. After work, relax in the pool or spa or unwind in the 24-hour fitness center.
Hawks Ridge Apartments in Happy Valley offers spacious one, two and three bedroom apartment homes. Full sized washers and dryers are in each home, along with walk-in closets, patios or balcony, and an ample storage unit. The community features a clubhouse, conference room, swimming pool, spa, fitness center and fenced playground area.
Spacious 1 and 2 bedroom apartments - offering an on-site fitness center, seasonal outdoor swimming pool and plenty of covered parking for our residents. Our location in Southwest Portland makes us close to Downtown Portland as well as public transportation to get there. Hello, I would like to know if there is a mail or telephone number in order to comunicate with Aspen Highlands. I would like to rent a unit for the winter season if there is any avaiability. I have some friends who spend the 2019 winter season there and they told me you have the best service and places in aspen and I would like to try it. Thank you very much.

Just moved my friend into this location. Comparative pricing to other locations, closeness to schools, bus routes, shopping, neighborhood safety, and the amenities provided (pool, gym/workout space, hot tub, decent parking, reservable communal area...), made it an obvious choice, when helping my friend to find an apartment. She almost payed as much for a 1BR, 1BA at another location that was not as nice or as safe.

I have been a tenant of Aspen Highlands for around 8 months now if I recall correctly. The complex is pleasant and the grounds are kept clean, even during COVID-19. Staff are always pleasant to deal with and very quick to answer any questions. Maintenance have fixed any issues in the apartment within 24 hours of being notified, and the repairs are solid. My neighbors are kind and respectful. I have not once had a complaint regarding the noise levels. Guest parking is plentiful and there is always space available. I look forward to staying here for years to come.

We love living here. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The managers are professional, helpful and pleasant. The grounds are kept clean and beautiful, the amenities are very enjoyable, and the maintenance people respond to repair requests in a timely way. If you want to have a high quality of life in apartment living, this is the place!

I've lived here for a wonderful year with excellent management and the staff (Jessica & Rachel) are impeccable! This is one of many get togethers they have had this year! I Love my apartment, spacious, high quality appliances & flooring. I love living across the street from Fred Meyers!! I walk to shop. I love the open floor plan of these apartments...perfect for me!

So I t has been one HOT HOT summer of 2018 and for the price you pay to live here I really wish it included some way for you to help keep your unit cool and circulated without you having to go spend more of your own hard earned money on external cooling systems.
The units come with a special wall outlet for a portable AC unit, but if you want AC you have to purchase a unit yourself and then put it near the slider/door on the floor in the living area, and have it take up living space. Considering there is no central air in any of these units, it would have at least been a consolation to have one
