Working with Todd from iRealty was such a rewarding experience for me and my daughter. When my daughter was young and first diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, there were times I wasn't sure she would be able to live independently. Buying a home can be stressful. Especially when you do it during a pandemic and do it remotely from out of state. However, working with Todd Armstrong took the stress away. He did many FaceTime tours of properties with me. He was my feet on the ground and my eyes and ears at each property. He quickly became familiar with exactly what I was looking for and didn’t stop until he found me the perfect home. He was very engaged in the contract negotiations, home inspection, etc. And his service didn’t stop with the sale. He is very connected to the community and has been very helpful recommending

We thought our house was going to be difficult to sell and finding a new one would be hard. Todd worked with us on price ranges of where we could look, and recommended multiple professionals throughout the process to get our house ready and sold (in one day). He communicated with us regularly on getting all the paperwork finished and making moving to a new home a seamless process.

Todd Armstrong was amazing to work with! My situation dealing with the lender should have been wrapped up in 3 months but Todd jump through hoops of fire for 9 months and stuck with me til the end.
