We called and spoke with a listing agent. She sent us a quote and told her that we are interested and scheduled an appointment to take a look at the apartment and fill out the papers for a Feb 4 th move in day. We went to our appointment and was told that they increased the price $400 the day before. They knew we had an appt but never called or let us know not to drive here or that the quote was only good for 48 hrs! What kind of unprofessional place is this!! Stay away if they do this before you even move in I can’t imagine what they do when you live there!! Stay away there are plenty of other

Positive: Quality
Dany at the leasing office is excellent. There are great amenities, however, due to the pandemic they haven't been accessible. I have generally had a great experience living at Windsor at Tryon Village. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

We moved here 2 yrs ago. We love the well maintained lawns, trees and shrubs. It is wonderful to be near a walking trail. Recently Cary added 2 bus stops to this neighborhood.
I do hope the hallways in each building will get cleaned one day.

I am giving three stars for the three years I lived here. The apartments have not been updated since they were built, so finishes are outdated. There is little to no soundproofing between units - I heard entire phone conversations from my neighbors and every footstep from neighbors above. The hallways throughout the buildings are very dimly lit, and stairwells can be closed for months at a time due to failing infrastructure. While I was living there, there was a drug bust across the hall from my apartment where the police had to beat down the door and I heard that a homeless man was once living

I love this complex. They keep things nice. It's as quiet as you can get in an apartment. Not sound proof, but I hear very little noise. Location is amazing. Maintenance guys are the best!

Pros: I love my porch, greenway access, apartment layout and convenient location near highway and shopping centers.
Cons: inconsiderate neighbors (that’s everywhere though) and 4 stars bc my stairwell has been closed for over one year and still in progress and not a smoke-free campus

We enjoyed living here for the past 2.5 years. The workers are friendly and very prompt with maintenance requests. The green areas are constantly being cared for as well and the parking lot was redone this year. The staff works hard to make sure this community is well cared for. It is a quiet and friendly neighborhood. They used to have 3 community events per month but stopped that this year (for reasons not related to Coronavirus) which is why I only give this place 4 stars. I loved those community events since I got to meet new neighbors.

My girlfriend and I moved down from Ohio during the pandemic and the team at Windsor was AMAZING. We worked with the super duo, Danielle and Dany, and they made the move so easy and comfortable.
We obviously were a bit nervous moving to an apartment that we had never seen in person but they did such a nice job communicating with us and easing our needs. Other complexes we reached out to were very pushy and looked at us as "another number." The team here made us feel so welcomed and made us feel like family. They even gave us popsicles as we signed our lease!
The community at Windsor is unlike
