Every program offered at CTSP will inspire, motivate, and give every athlete (young or old) the competitive edge that they are looking for.
CTSP offers the most intense and disciplined NFL combine preparatory program in the Southeast. The number one goal is to prepare our athletes physically and mentally for what lies ahead of them. At CTSP, our combine athletes are more than just a number and that is why we only take 6-8 players for our program.
CTSP's high school and youth sports performance training programs utilizes the same methodology and intensity used with our professional athletes to support and prepare high school and youth athletes. As an industry leader in sports performance training, we prepare athletes to get the most out of their bodies by increasing speed, strength, endurance, and flexibility, leading to increased productivity and decreased injury.
CTSP Adult Group Fitness Training classes are results driven and are designed to increase your fitness level as well as improve metabolism, body composition, and mindset. All classes are 60 minutes long and no two sessions are alike. My 10 year old goes for the rookie performance training sessions and I have seen an improvement in his form and coordination after just a few weeks. The staff is pretty good about correcting the kids when they see mistakes in their form and they do so in a way that the kids don't feel discouraged. The work they put in is hard and my son comes out drenched in sweat every time, but for me that is what we signed up for.

This place has become an addiction for me. Great people and fantastic trainers!!! It's not the type of gym anyone should be intimidated by because the culture is top of the charts. I started in January and was in awful shape. I've lost 60 pounds so far this year and have enjoyed doing it there. It's hard work but getting in shape should be. Highly recommended!!!

Corey Taylor Sports Performance (CTSP) offers a variety of classes for athletes through business professionals. Additionally, private sessions are offered. With two different buildings on the main campus, CTSP has the flexibility to host a variety of activities.

Being one of the business professionals that works out in the mornings as part of the adult performance training group, I enjoy the flexibility this provides. Monday/Wednesday/Friday we typically work out in the indoor facility. The workouts have included sleds, speed sacks, rtx rows, tire flips, bear crawls, frog jumps, and a whole
