I have never had an apartment complex raise my rent over $100 but that is what Ridgewood is going to do when my lease is up. 100 dollars !!!! Also they have now stopped giving discounts for working at BSA and other places. And I put in a maintenance request over 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing. They aren’t even letting me know why it’s taking so long. I do not recommend this complex at all. It is not worth the money that they want. I have lived here for 3 years. At first it was great but it’s just too expensive now. And they are building Ardent road right next to the apartments and aren’t

My husband and I have loved our time at Ridgewood! Great customer service and fantastic staff who will go above and beyond to help you and address any issues or concerns you have in a timely and friendly manner. Very spacious and well kept complex, especially for the price. Couldn't say enough great things about it and couldn't be happier with our experience here!

I just moved here a couple of months ago. I love the ladies in the office, they are so nice and friendly and go out of their way to help you in any way that they can and meet you and greet you at the door. I love how they will send out messages through texts and emails on alerts and so forth as I am deaf. The overall place is beautiful and the people that live around me are really nice and friendly. I am glad to call this place my home. If you are in the market for an apartment, you need to come here. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

I love living at Ridgewood apartments! The management is so helpful and sweet. I moved here from Chicago, IL expecting the worst and I am so happy I chose to live here with a big change. There were no problems moving in and it is in a good area of town with lots to do very close to the apartment. I am so happy I'm with Ridgewood and plan staying here because of the management, location and nice apartment!

Ridgewood is the best! These apartment homes are great and so is the staff! Bryle the property manager and her staff are absolutely great! Their service goes unmatched. If I call or swing by, they know us all by name! Ridgewood has everything you need and at wonderful rates! Volleyball court, basketball , not one but two private dog parks! Don’t forget the waterfall pool, and the clubhouse with a gym! Our Rigdewood community here is cozy, fun, and modern! Expect plenty of kids on the playground and lots of puppers to meet and greet! I went to visit this complex and can’t say enough about the hospitality from Jennifer. You have GOT to look at the inside of this apartment. The maintenance crew does such a good job at keeping the units up. I got to look at one that tenants had recently moved out of and it looked like it was brand new. Maintenance had it cleaned and repainted as good as a new home! You can tell that the people who work this property take pride in what they do. Definitely not enough people like that. Such a sweet staff and a beautiful place to live!

Living at Ridgewood was my first apartment experience. I had always heard such negative things about living in apartments due to bad management, bad maintenance, etc. but this was not the case here! The manager & assistant manager were always so kind and helpful to assist in anything we needed. The move in process was smooth and easy. Anytime there was an issue in our apartment, we would put in a maintenance request and it was always fixed quickly! They are very accepting of big dogs and I love that they have a dog park.
