The location is very accessible to Costco, restaurants and freeways. They have decent sized 2 bed room apartments. It gets noisy during the kids playtime in the evenings but otherwise I did not have any issues with my stay there.
The maintenance was good. The property manager was very helpful in accommodating lease termination requests and processing new applications for sublease.

Sam and the team were extremely helpful in the application process. Timely in their correspondences with any of our questions. Their description of the apartment complex was precise and amenities are wonderful. Sam even emailed to check up on our move in and ask if we needed anything. This place definitely feels warm and welcoming and we are so pleased!

You'll never get your full deposit back. They'll charge the 'professional cleaning fee' no matter how clean you cleaned your apartment. All wall and carbinet re-paintings and carpet cleaning are on YOU!!! It will be far more than your deposit. Btw, management office is not going to reply your email after you moved out taking about your moving out package. Reply takes 3 weeks under the condition that you CALL THEM EVERY DAY!!!

The amenities at this property are great! I love that there's a gym, sauna, and pool. There's also a community center which is great for big gatherings and it has a communal fridge, table/chairs, couch, and TV. The amenities in my unit are relatively new and nice and the unit itself is spacious. The bay area in general is ridiculously expensive but I think the rent here is worth it for what you get and the property itself is really beautiful.
