I am a personal coach that is passionate about helping people improve their health. I am certified as a personal trainer that specializes in kettlebell techniques and spin bike techniques. I am the founder of ANGELICA'S FITNESS AND NUTRITION CENTER and I am ready to help you improve your health. I normally hate gyms. I live in Ft Worth and drive all the way to Plano because Angelica's Fitness and Nutrition Center is not like the conventional gyms I have been to before.

Here at Angelica's Fitness and Nutrition Center, we believe in changing lives through physical and nutritional education. The physiological theory behind our training technique combines nutrition along with a nutrition plan that maximizes the training experience. With more than 20 years of experience, we focus on the individual needs of the customer, and what to do to improve their overall experience.
My focus is to enhance the components of fitness for our clients. Mindful Nutrition and exercise will result in improved body composition, physical performance, and heart condition as well as an improved health outcome. A circuit is a series of strength and/or cardio exercises that are repeated two or three times with little or no rest between sets.

We pay close attention to our client's exercise form, workout routine, and nutrition plan. We achieve this by measuring the body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage (BFP), and client's age.
Cardio training is any exercise that raises your heart rate. Face it our bodies were made to move. We all know that to keep our muscles in shape we need to move them. Stronger muscles make for a more efficient and healthy body. A stronger cardio-vascular system means more capillaries are delivering more oxygen to cells in your muscles.
A circuit is a series of strength and/or cardio exercises that are repeated two or three times with little or no rest between sets. It is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is defined as the completion of one round one of all prescribed exercises in the program.

Life changing, awesome personal trainer and nutrition coach!!! Angelica knows her stuff! Wow! I've been training with her every week since Oct 11, 2021 (just a little over a month) and I am already down 12 lbs. and lost five inches so far in my waist! My body fat has dropped 3%! Her workouts are so effective and motivating! In just 30 minutes, she really uses that time with you wisely and makes every minute count! I started noticing changes right away, so that was super motivating!!! This is the most weight that I've lost in this amount of time - EVER!!! If you follow her advice and nutrition plan

Angelica is literally one of the best fitness coaches I have ever seen!! She is great with the one on one clients!!! First off she goes by Covid protocol and guidelines. My husband and I started working out with her right when Covid started and we couldn’t be happier we both combined lost 60 lbs together. Fat gone forever. She also provides us with the best nutrition for us. She isn’t just our coach but she is family She loves to. Help people achieve their own goals. We believe in Angelica 120%!! Highly recommend her!

Angelicas Fitness is the place to go too if you want to stay fit and have a healthy lifestyle. It has been an amazing experience for me, she has helped me from day one until today to guide me for a better healthy way of living. Angelica's Fitness is a Great Boutique Fitness Center providing one on one personal training. The fitness Center is very clean with quality equipment. Angelica is very professional and knowledgeable about strength training as well as nutrition. She provides a tailor fit workout regimen based on your objectives and goals. I have been training with Angelica for over 1-1/2 years. My sessions are tailored to my needs. Angelica is able to personalize the exercises and programs for me. She is available and flexible in scheduling. The equipment is new, clean and adjustable.
I would recommend Angelica's Fitness and Nutrition Center. The staff is willing to meet with you and explain what they have to offer. They are able to work with all ages. Seniors should consider this facility to help lifestyle and aging changes.

I've started working out with Angelica about 3 month ago by a friend's recommendation and I'm so grateful! I've made a huge progress! Angelica is the best trainer, she is incredibly helpful & supportive! It's a focused and passionate environment but also friendly and helpful too! Absolutely an amazing place with all the equipment you could possibly want. A must if you’re in Plano or nearby. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.
