Services
I have lived here for about a year and only have good things to say. My unit was well-furnished and spacious. The property has nice communal areas which are well-maintained. I only had one minor maintenance issue, and the property manager (who lives onsite with his family) was very prompt in having the issue taken care of.

Current resident at a recently renovated apt. Amenities are nice and the area is generally quiet. There is covered parking for residents and the building management is pretty responsive. Lack of AC in units can get hot during summer though. Overall good place to live with decent rent prices in a great location (near San Antonio Target, Safeway, 24 Hour Fitness, Walmart, UPS, etc.) + proximity to tech offices.

I lived here for three years before and it was great. Management lives on-site and is very responsive. There were no ridiculous rent price hikes. The complex is quiet and from what I saw the tenants were a mix of families and young professionals. The only downside was a the bathroom lightswitch being a motion sensor that I never figured out how to keep on (it automatically turned off after a few minutes). :P
