Where do I start? The customer service was beyond exceptional. The turn around time was great, faster than what I expected. The quality of my flyers are awesome! Great customer service experience today! I called to inquire if they can do same day service for a yard sign and I was told it would even be ready in 30 minutes for an affordable price! My father in law is a nurse practitioner and with the current normal we are in, we wanted to surprise him with a yard sign. I had already purchased a digital file of the design we wanted printed on the sign. Such a quick and easy process. I emailed the file and arrived at their office. The sign came out exactly the way it was intended to be to honor my father in law as a healthcare hero in scrubs!

I wanted a local printer to print out a small run (100) of 5x7 postcards. They turned the order around very quickly, in about a day. The postcard had a photo, and it printed very well, with a very good likeness to my monitor image. Elsewhere in the image, the color came out good. Muhammad is a pleasant and friendly professional who communicates well and in a timely manner.

Great experience! Needed a quick turnaround on a a couple vinyl signs and they were able to complete the order early! Muhammad was able to manipulate the digital file and make some corrections to the logo before production. He even gave me some pointers to ensure a proper installation. Great customer service and the product is exactly what we needed. Will definitely come back.

Worked with this company on such a short notice. I ordered a retractable banner from a different company and was informed that my order would not arrive in enough time. I called Sign America on a Saturday afternoon and submitted my file. The representative was very detailed and provided me with feedback on which size would work best, based on the picture resolution. By 2pm the representative had printed my boards and sent me pictures of the final product. When I received my poster boards, I was beyond happy, not just with the quality of the product but the experience too! I would definitely recommend

I paid Mr. Shariff's company 4 grand to install a sign on my business. The sign went out three times, we had a technician come out only one time. When I asked the professional what the problem was, I was informed that the sign was not properly installed the first time. In addition to this, I was asked to pay a fee for the technician to fix a sign that wasn't installed properly in the first place.

I would very much like to give them negative stars, I've never met anyone less professional than the man who owns Sign America. They made two banners and installed them for my business. I explained to them that the wind is a problem and can sometimes rip the signs, he assured me it would be no problem that they would last, well they didn't. They never put slits in the banners so they ripped almost immediately, we had to get the banners fixed and reinstalled which took far too long. Then within three months one of the banners ripped again, not sure they ever fixed it correctly the first

These guys know what they are doing and can on the spot make you a sign!!! My husband needed a sign for his store and the price was rock bottom and they came in the next morning (we went in late, 630 pm) to put the sign in for us downtown. It was a sticker sign for the pizza machine we have. Worked out great.
