In addition to being friendly and super-approachable, Beth taught me a new way to think about food as fuel. It's not about deprivation, it's about portion and quality. I love meeting with Beth because she is down to earth and not rigid. She gets that people make mistakes in their diet and is all about trying to get you on the right path.

Beth is amazing. Every visit she introduces new ideas, gets to the heart of what I need to change and offers practical advice. She's inspiring. She has inspired me to take better care of myself in aspects of my life that go way beyond nutrition. Because of her I've learned to put boundaries with my kids at home, and have become my own advocate to get enough sleep, time to myself and good nutrition.

Hi! I'm Beth, a South Philly-based registered dietitian/nutritionist, certified women's fitness specialist and board-certified specialist in obesity and weight management. I'm also a mom who juggles maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle while chasing an adorable but exhausting toddler and running a business.

Some insurers will cover it as a preventative service and will not charge you a co-pay or co-insurance. If you do have a copay or coinsurance you may use your HSA card in addition to other forms of payment. Be Well with Beth is currently in network with Highmark, Independence Blue Cross, United, Aetna, Medicare and Cigna.
Each week, you'll receive a meal plan in your email inbox, including meals and snacks for each day and an automated grocery list for the week. A new meal plan each and every week packed with simple & easy to follow nutrient-dense recipes (that are delicious!) I totally understand that you want to see it before you decide!
There is an overabundance of nutrition information and mis-information on the web and it can feel so overwhelming! One article says that X is a wonder food and the next article says to avoid X at all costs. A registered dietitian nutritionist can help you learn what healthy eating means for you based on your health history and your lifestyle.

Be Well with Beth and her Refresh Program is absolutely life changing! I wish I could gift it to every busy person that feels stuck in their health and wellness habits! This program was initially 4 months, I then signed up to continue for the full 6 months, then another 6 months because it is that helpful! I cannot believe the improvements I see in my mental health, physical health, eating habits, exercise and movement habits and best of all, my whole mindset! Beth GETS IT. As a busy mom, there just isn't time to do all the things that we see on social media. Beth helps you figure out what 2 or 3 small changes will help you feel better--and then gives you strategies to actually do them! She is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive; she obviously cares about your well-being. I can't recommend her Refresh program enough!

Beth is compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable about movement, nutrition and what it means to be a busy parent. Her exercise classes are wonderful, she fosters an amazing collaborative growth mindset with her Reset cohorts, and her positive energy brings it all together and makes it work. A wonderful experience, it has changed my life for the better. Her exercise classes got me back into regular physical activity, and her practical low-key nutrition counseling techniques have me eating in a way that feels better for me. Recommend to one and all!

I just had my second baby (my 2 children are 20 months apart) and I have been receiving in home nutrition services from Beth because I am in dire need of eating healthier and loosing the baby weight (from both babies!). Beth is so knowledgeable about nutrition and understands the barriers all moms face to eating healthy. She is so resourceful and has helped me find ways to use EVERYTHING in my fridge and pantry and come up with quick easy meal plans from breakfast to lunch to dinner and snacks in between. She is easy and fun to work with and has made grocery shopping and meal planning fun for me

I've been attending Beth's mom + kid workouts for over a year now. She's fun to work with, provides modifications as needed, and helps entertain the kids/use them in moves so that mom always gets a good workout in. I just tested out a future healthy living program she's working on and it's going to be great too!
