WOW! I don’t think I have the words to properly express how much I appreciate and respect Ron. From day one, Ron showed an incredible depth of knowledge and concern for his clients’ welfare. I’ve had issues with chronic back pain which Ron immediately understood and knew how to address, including modifying various exercises to fit my needs. I highly recommend Ron for personal training at any training level.

I have been working with Ron for 9 years now and I continue to experience new challenges every month. When I started working with Ron I had not worked out in any consistent manner for many years. Ron started at my level of conditioning and I rapidly saw positive and long term results. As I am somewhat older, I was impressed that Ron listens to me and takes into account physical issues in structuring my workouts. Ron does not have a "formula" workout. Each day is different, but he has an comprehensive plan to increase my overall conditioning, core strength and balance. He even sneaks in a few exercises

Tri-Fitness specializes in workouts that combine strength, cardio, and balance. I typically get bored in group classes, but Ron and Brian constantly change up the workouts to keep it fun and challenging. No burpees either -- no one likes burpees. I also appreciate the level of knowledge Ron and Brian have about muscles, bones, etc. They apply this knowledge in the workouts and have helped me avoid old injuries. 6 - 7 am on M/W/F is a perfect way to start the day. Tons of room in the gym too -- non one is tripping over each other.

I can't speak highly enough about Ron and Brian's style and approach to fitness. I've been attending the M/W/F morning sessions for almost a year. This is the ONLY workout I have ever stuck with for so long and I'm extremely pleased with my results. Over the past year, I've lost weight, gotten stronger, and have had much more energy. Simply put, they're the best workouts I've ever had.
Each and every workout is different, which keeps things from getting boring. Their training philosophy is built around high-intensity circuit workouts. But unlike CrossFit

I am a high school athlete that works out with Ron and loves him. Ron is one of the best trainers you can find in the Midwest whether it is sports or to stay in shape. His expertise on proper training is up to date and phenomenal. Results are garunteed when working out with Ron and that is the best part about him. Highly recommend.

Ron is top notch. After baseball last summer my son (13) told me he felt "slow". We both knew this was mostly true - he was among the slowest on the team. We asked around of friends here in Chicago for youth fitness trainers and were referred to Ron. The rest was easy - he's a great guy, he knows his stuff and he's amazing with kids.
After a few months with Ron, my son is now among the 3 fastest kids on the team in the exact areas that it counts - catching fly balls and sprinting the bases. It's not only his speed that's improved, his overall strength is off the charts compared to where he was

My 14 year old son hadn't yet grown into his body (long and lanky) which made for a slow gallop to 1st base. 6 mos after working with Ron at Tri Fitness, he's gained noticeable speed, a strong core and some biceps to boot. In addition, I feel my son has learned what a good workout regiment does for his body and mind. I hope that he will carry this healthy attitude into his adult life. Thanks Ron!

Ron is an awesome trainer & is very knowledgeable in sport specific conditioning. My son Hunter has trained with Ron for awhile now & he has had a noticeable improvement in his agility, quickness & speed, not only when he's working with Ron but also in his games. He is very dedicated to his clients, he has even come out to Hunters games to observe his performance & see what else he might improve on. We will continue to work with Ron as Hunter moves on to the next level of play.

I've worked with a number of personal trainers, and Ron is hands down the best. Most recently he created a custom nutrition plan and workout routine, and I'm down from 183 to 174 in 2.5 weeks. The results fitness wise are mind boggling. My conditioning and strength has drastically improved in such a short amount of time, and I have way more energy. At 35, I feel like I could compete with high school athletes.
Week 1 I was exhausted after my workouts. By the end of week 2 I had some much energy I didn't want to stop and able to do more challenging things.

I've been working out at TriFitness for two years - so you know I like it and it works. With two trainers switching the morning workouts you get plenty of variety. As other reviewers have stated, there are people at all levels of fitness - everyone is encouraged to tailor the workout to their level. They have a huge indoor area and all the equipment you expect. All in all a positive atmosphere and experience.
By the way, TriFitness is great for kids. Not the morning workouts, but individual and group training. Lessons for my son is how I hooked up with TriFitness. I repeatedly get comments

I've been "milking" all the free groupon/living social boot camp deals out there for a while. i was content with jumping around from place to place until i came to tri-fitness.
without looking for it, i found a boot camp that i'm willing to pay for and stick with. it's the best out of the many i've tried. it's tough, very tough, but with enough flexibility to give you a break if you're just getting into it. there is also enough variety to keep you interested - the hour just flies by and you leave sweat-soaked and happy to get on with your day.

I began working with Ron 4 months ago and without a doubt it's been one of the best decisions I ever made. I tried to lose weight on my own and with another trainer but I did not succeed. Ron tailored an approach to fit my needs. At first our workouts seemed a bit unusual to me as they were geared more toward development of larger muscle groups as opposed to traditional cardio workouts. Over time Ron incorporated cardio work as well. Ron also provides nutritional / dietary guidelines. The combination of these approaches increased my metabolic rate and turned the tide for me. I have lost 6 inches

I've been working with Ron at Tri-Fitness since the fall of 2009. Originally, my fiance (now wife) and I started going there to get (mostly me) in shape for our wedding. But our wedding was now over a year ago, and I am still a fan and client of his. The workout sessions have always been varied, but I've never left feeling like I didn't get a good workout. Ron and Brian are both very good at providing real world motivations - no "get a six pack fast!" type miracle promises. You give them honest effort, you will get pleasing results. I've never gone more than once or

Not only does Ron at Tri-Fitness work with achieving my fitness goals-he also can work on sports-specific goals. Last winter I had to get ready for a ski trip. For six weeks, Ron changed my workout to fit the sport of skiing. Not only did my skiing improve, but for the first tie ever, my legs did not fatigue like they use to. My core strength was unbelievable do to the conditioning program he put me through. What a great ski experience!

I didn't take advantage of the Groupon... what a bummer. I actually signed up about two months ago and I am very impressed with the attention to detail Brian and Ron give to the workouts. I have been a member to plenty of Group Fitness / Bootcamps in Chicago which most involve a ton of running with sporadic body weight exercises. Tri-Fitness is different. Not only will we run and do body weight exercises, they will incorporate resistance bands, rope drills, kettlebells and medicine balls to get the most out of our workouts. It's more of an athletic type of training program and it&apos
