I love these apartments, some of my favorite things are that we have washers and dryers, the flooring and the most important thing is that they are dog friendly and have pet stations.

The office people really make you feel welcome and like family. We love our apartment. It's beautiful, cozy, and has a bigger kitchen than most other places! I love it. The only thing I dont like is the landscaping within the complex. I love all the beautiful trees, but the roots are all surfaced and the ground is all dirt, no grass..

I absolutely love it here. When first moving in I was a little bummed about not having a pantry but the space, staff, and neighborhood make up for it. The staff is super sweet, complex is small & quiet so it’s perfect to raise a family in. Kalisha made the application & moving process so smooth. She answered all my questions with no problem, she made me feel at home as soon as I told her my family & I were interested. Kalisha is awesome! I would definitely recommend Oak Run Manor to people!

Good place to live , but constantly changing the management, no one is taking responsibility for Maintanence issues . It’s getting worse .

Very well kept property, I can't complain the maintenance is awesome. Very clean & good people that live here. The pool is my get away & it's always clean. Jazz is doing a great job, I feel safe, my kid feels safe & really glad that I moved here.

I am a new resident starting yesterday. So far, the experience has been great! Jaz and Kalisha are very sweet and made the application/new resident process very smooth for me. I am loving my apartment so far. I have not been able to meet any of my neighbors just yet but I will say, the property seems to be VERY quiet which I greatly appreciate. I am excited about my son and my new home!

Maintenance is excellent! Alejandro was quick, found the problem, and got it fixed. Very professional and courteous. Staff is polite and friendly. Great location

I really like the staff. You can even pay online. My requests are done in less than 24 hrs. Nothing is perfect, but it’s a good quiet place to live.

My wife and I have rented here for the 2 or 3 years. Bonnie, the property manager, is great, maintenance is very fast, community feels very safe and quiet. Prices have always been reasonable and haven't raised much. Never really had an issue. Great place to live!!

Been living here for 3 years very quiet community, Bonnie the office manager is awesome always very helpful and treats you like a friend not just a tenant. Maintenance is always great they are fast and very friendly especially Alex who works maintenance he's always helpful and quick to get things done, only bummer part is the parking lot gets a little flooded in some spots and parking is tight but it's doable definitely recommend
