I am getting this apartment for my father that is moving back from Arizona and have heard just wonderful things from multiple tenants and others about this complex. I can't tell you what a great process it was from the first conversation I had with Dena (sp) the manager there to setting up with the application and getting approved for my dad. She was absolutely so professional and just worked with me to get this all to happen. He is so excited about moving in and having a community like this. Thank you so very much.

This is a wonderful apartment complex. I lived here for two years. The complex is well maintained. The apartments are beautiful. Management is very responsive to any requests. TLC is the best property management company in the area.

Nice place but manager misinformed me about Mediacom equipment, said nothing needed to be done. Mediacom wants 450 for a box I was told to leave and he won't look for it. I'd avoid it.

This is the best place to live! So many things to do if you want to participate in, everyone is friendly and always there if you need help and you couldn't ask for better management. I would recommend it highly to anyone.

Two gentlemen, Sean and Ken, came to repair an air leak in our patio door today. They were the nicest and most polite maintenance team that I have ever encountered. I hope they are recognized for their service. We live in Coryell Commons and the manager, named Ken as well, makes living here a joy!

I moved here from Seattle area site unseen, from Internet views and phone discussions with the manager, Ken. Coryell Commons did NOT disappoint. My apartment is so stunning people's jaws drop when they first walk in. Tons of closet space. Manager is available, responsive and fun. Neighbors friendly and welcoming. The place is well insulated and quiet. I am super pleased with my decision!
