Hillary Berg is a Level 1 CHEK Practitioner as well as a CHEK Health and Lifestyle coach. She also holds her BA in Exercise Science from the Metropolitan State College of Denver and is a certified personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and ACE. One of Hillary's biggest passions is learning about post rehabilitative training.

After over 15 years of training she has seen many clients with low back pain, shoulder issues or knee pain. These clients have motivated her to research the cause of these disorders and to help others get out of pain! Her goal is to educate clients on how to achieve optimum health and wellness for the rest of their lives.

Personal Training should be just that, personal. You are not a.pdf downloaded off the internet so why should that be the basis for your training? Working together we can learn how to overcome challenges, both physical and mental so you can achieve the fit and function you deserve. Provide a list of equipment you own or have access to and each program will ensure that you don't waste time buying equipment.
It's not breaking news to say that what you are eating can determine how you feel, function, and perform. We at Infinity Fitness understand all the mixed messaging that can surround nutrition and diet. We are bombarded with foods that we should or should not eat and diet recommendations on what the latest and best options are.
During this 6 week course we focus on incorporating healthy habits into our daily life instead of quick fixes and calorie counting. We have found over the past 20 years of personal training that we know what habits we need to do but have a hard time adding them into our daily routines. This 6 week online nutrition challenge you will have support from your two coaches, Hillary and Jason.
I started with Jason hoping to shed a few pounds and get into shape, just like every woman. I was looking for guidance on a healthy lifestyle and a little nervous about working with a man. We have been through car accidents, back injuries, and major weight gains together. I was considered "obese" such an ugly word!
