We offer the Sit and Be Fit for free to all PBS stations.
Streaming programs on your computer or tablet is easy and convenient. We are happy to announce the launch of our online subscription-based TV channel! Members have 24/7 full access to Sit and Be Fit episodes on demand, including vintage era SD content and the entire Sit and Be Fit video product line.
Words cannot express my gratitude for the collective group of people who support our 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Since Sit and Be Fit's first broadcast in 1987, we have offered the series for free to all PBS stations. It may surprise you to know that we fund our own productions. While this puts a considerable strain on our budget, it also gives us the freedom to produce programming based on our viewer's needs.

My name is Michelle and SABF has changed my life. I have had 12 back surgeries and have to deal with chronic pain everyday. I was a Respiratory Therapist and worked until surgery number six and became disabled in 2008. In October of 2015 my diabetes was so out of control I had to be on oral and injectable agents. I was weak, tired, overweight and not enjoying my life very much. I made the much needed dietary changes but, honestly, did not feel any better. I needed to exercise but, after surgery number six, my left leg was paralyzed and after number 10 my right leg was greatly weakened. Traditional
