Alex, Jon, and the team were absolutely great buyers. They were responsive, conscientious, courteous, and professional in every way. I found them to be straight-shooters and men of their word. Alex responded quickly to my inquiry, the team did a thorough inspection, there was a little negotiation, they made a fair and acceptable offer, and then escrowed the deposit I requested. The closing process went off without a hitch, and the check arrived the next day via FedEx.
