Good coffee that comes with very overpriced and poor tasting breakfast meals. Realized after the fact that they automatically add tip and ask for additional tip. Overall tip amount was 33%!!! If the food was half way decent I wouldn't mind but the quantity and quality is about what my kids would cook and provide.

I've only been here a couple times this week and a few times a couple years ago, and my only mission was a cup of coffee. I am completely hooked on Cuban coffee and unfortunately can't get it in New York. I mean then again I haven't really looked too hard but still, it's not just on the corner down the road.
The staff always seems friendly and I have never had any problems or difficulties here. I read all the reviews that save these people sometimes include gratuities with the price they charge you however I can't say anything about that because honestly I wasn't

Horrible service and food not much better double charged for coffee and acted like we were doing them a favor do not darken their doors. Ordered a omelette what I got was something that looked like a small child made for mom's birthday and didn't know what to do. I would rate the place at .5 stars If I could.

We have been grabbing coffee here for the last couple days and have to say that I am a fan of Cuban coffee. If you decide to have sugar it can be a bit sweet for me, but just the coffee and milk combo is great. They have a variety of good options for lunch and some pastries for the morning. Pork, dirty rice, and plantain lunch was good.

I have had some bad meals before but have never felt compelled to leave a review until now. Take your money elsewhere. Took over an hour to get a burrito and a quesadilla. Only one other customer in front of us. Food was nothing remarkable and the quesadilla had hardly anything inside of it. Look at picture for reference. It was ridiculous and I basically paid for mostly a empty flour tortilla

We stopped into this restaurant for 4 Cuban sandwiches to go, so we could watch the sun go down. We were over charged, which I believe the tip was added without my knowledge. Then I added a $7 tip. I did the math later and realized what happened. The restaurant was empty, and now I know why. The sandwiches weren't great, but we would've gone back if we didn't feel ripped off. I hope the $7 was worth the bad review. We own a place in the keys and won't be returning.

This 1 star review is only for the pizza. It tasted worse than cafeteria pizza I had in middle school. It was undercooked with no crispness in sight. It didn't look like anything in the photos. The pineapples weren't fresh and were out of the can. They tasted weird. It took 12 minutes longer than we were told it would take but we heard the cooks laughing and talking loud. One cook kept checking out my wife. Its obvious they don't focus on pizza. But if they don't, why offer it anyways?? Two pizzas for almost $50 dollars!!

We'll start with the positives. The rice and beans here are excellent, like really, really excellent. They also have a nice little covered patio out back which is a welcome brake from that warm Florida sun. Unfortunately, those are all the positives.
We tried four different menu items based off of some positive Yelp reviews and all I can guess is that those reviews were written by friends and loved ones. We stopped in here a few days ago for a quick meal. The cuban coffee hit the spot and I liked their outdoor seating. However, the service was not too friendly and sadly I cant brag on the food. Between the 4 of us we got a Cuban Sandwich with fries (not allowed to sub for plantains - I tried!), the omelette breakfast sandwich, a regular omelette and hash browns. The sandwich was tons of bread, no meat. Literally all I could taste was bread. Same for the omelette sandwich. I love cuban bread but it was simply too much and we did not feel good about the quality of what we received for what

It’s a small place that we noticed from Route1 only because of their hand painted Fresh Lobster sign attached to a truck in their parking lot. The interior is very simple - a counter, maybe 5 tables, and a kitchen through the back door. Members of staff spoke native Spanish and simple English. We saw lots of locals coming to buy fresh lobsters. Our order was shrimp in tomato sauce and lobster in tomato sauce. It was SO GOOD we had to repeat the order!! Just one plate wasn’t enough.
