I have been a resident at Waters Edge for almost 7 years. I haven't had a great deal of contact with the management office except once a year when I renew my lease. That speaks volumes that everything is handled professionally. I have over the yeas requested a maintenance request and the request was always handled ,in a timely manner.
In August I had a bad fall and spent 2 weeks in the hospital followed by 7 weeks in a rehabilitation center. If it wasn't for Mike from Maintenance I don't know what I would have done. Mike kept an eye on my apartment for me while I was away. When I returned home

Major improvements over the past few months. Sandy, the newest manager seems to care and is getting things done to make the tenants happy. They are adding extra things for tenants to enjoy. Hot tub is amazing at night while gazing upon the stars. Give them a chance, as they’ve improved drastically recently.

Love the location.. the upkeep is always on point. If you ever have a maintenance issue or ANY concern they are always prompt. The entire staff is absolutely amazing and during this year with quarantine and storms they were still responsive and provided any information they could. A little pricey for single family but it’s still great because cable/internet is included! I highly recommend.
