Do you have a maintenance issue but you are too busy to stop by or call our leasing office? No problem! Simply fill out an online service request and we will contact you to set up a day and time to address your concern. For after hours emergencies, call Maintenance at 757-287-5873. The Waterford Staff is happy to accept your small packages when you are not at home! Please stop by the office or clubhouse to retrieve them.

Amazing apartment complex. I’ve lived here for nearly a year and it’s been a smooth and peaceful experience. Neighborhood is quiet and relaxed. Maintenance staff is excellent and always repairs items in a timely and efficient manner. Neighbors aren’t loud and the walls are very insulated. Overall very happy with this apartment complex and I would recommend it 100%!

For a first apartment I am glad I live in Waterford Apartments. It's pretty much quiet there's a security entrance gate as well as a police officer that lives in the community. I pretty much feel safe here, had a little bit of issues in my apartment but it was fixed promptly. I'm not going to say my apartment is perfect but its pretty nice compared to the other places I've seen for a reasonable price. Haven't experienced any rodent or bug problems. They really keep the outside nice and they keep the insides of the complex tidy. My experience so far is good 👍🏽

Lived here for 3 years and you get a lot for your money. The neighborhood is nice and safe and if anything odd happens, management takes it quite seriously. The property is well cared for and maintenance is great at handling repairs. Apartments are nice and quiet as well. Overall a quality and affordable place to live.

Always kind and respectful, good response time. Transparent as well
MADE SURE that I got my security deposit and owed money back promptly. Didn't even have to ask.
Never had to worry about them trying to take advantage. Helped me out every step of the way.

This is by far one of the best apartment complexes in the 757. Very safe and very quiet neighborhood, and the prices are fair. The appliances in the apartment are updated, and they have a new pool.The staff is always polite and professional and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. I loved my time here, thank you all for making my stay here incredible.

They take care of issues promptly and really care about their residents! I love the beautiful grounds and pretty flowers when I’m coming and going from my apartment. The gym is like having Planet Fitness right across the street! One of the biggest I have seen in an apartment community. Plenty of storage in my 1 bedroom and so many cabinets and closets! Beautiful granite counters and updated appliances. I love the ceiling fan and wooden blinds! (All of these I did not get in my last apartment). Most neighbors speak to each other and there is no loud obnoxious music in the middle of the night when
