Lindsay was born and raised in Yakima. After graduation from Eisenhower High School, Lindsay attended the University of Washington and the Art Institute of Seattle. She spent time after culinary school at the Harvest Vine and Purple Cafe and Wine Bar in Seattle. In 2008 Lindsay moved home and was part of the opening team of Tony's Steakhouse before moving on to open Geppetto's Italian Bistro.

Lindsay moved on from Geppetto's to Gasperetti's, our town's oldest fine dining restaurant, where she spent 4 years learning from both John Gasperetti and Brad Patterson. Lindsay moved on from Gasperetti's in 2017 to begin the building process of Provisions with Brig and Susie Temple. Provisions is Lindsay's dream come true and has been a great adventure and she can't wait to see what the future holds.

We have never had a good experience here. Tried again because it had been a year or so, disappointed again. The service was good despite them being short staffed, the quality of the food just isn't there especially at the prices they ask.
Cream of mushroom soup was VERY salty. The first one was room temperature too, they did exchange it for a fresh (reheated)? bowl.
Cauliflower appetizer bowl was saturated in oil. Would have been great but after a couple of bites your mouth would be coated in oil.
The burger bun was dry and crumbled apart.
The lemonade tasted premix, bland .

Great food and atmosphere. Hours are terrible. I can’t comprehend why they’re closed more often than not when I hope to have a nice meal in town. Yakima needs more options and this is not dependable. Please expand your hours 🙏🏻

Great place with great foods. There were 5 of us, each ordering something different - and each dish was very good. Pricing was reasonable.

Upscale prices, casual dining. The garlic mushroom and brussel sprout appetizers were pricey at $16-17 apiece, but the portions were generous and both were excellent. For main courses, a ribeye was juicy and flavorful, but was poorly trimmed and not worth the price. Meanwhile, a filet was cooked perfectly and while it didn't have the hallmark flavor of extended aging, was tasty. A chicken-fried-chicken was juicy and flavorful, but the accompanying brown gravy was a bit salty. Everyone who had the mashed potatoes praised the texture and seasoning. Overall, the experience was hit-and -miss, with

It was pretty good but not my favorite. Obviously pretty expensive and I personally wasn't a big fan of their fries but I can see why people like it. Would be a good date spot, candle lit ect.

The food was good. Our appetizers: goat cheese and the cauliflower were significantly better that our entrees (ahi tuna and day salad w chicken) which was a bit disappointing. The cocktails were VERY good, dessert was average. The service was EXCELLENT! I would definitely return but with less expectations about the food.

I highly recommend this place!
I've only been here once, and I can confidently say they have some of the best food in town!
The Garlic Roasted Mushrooms and Fried Brussels Sprouts appetizers were cooked to perfection. They both had a perfect balance of flavors, seasons and presentation was great! I took my server's suggestion and ordered the Buddha Bowl with Ahai tuna, it was one of best "bowls" I've ever had.
I can't say enough good things about the food at this place!! Atmosphere was a buzz, staff was excellent and friendly, layout was nice and the restrooms were clean! I'll definitely be

Provisions is definitely aimed for a trendy crowd. It has the dark colors and open ceiling common on places today. The front opens up providing both outdoor seating as well as fresh air for its patrons. They opened last year in order to bring some farm fresh food to the Yakima Valley. They also have a market that I didn't have a chance to visit.
The food was good, if not really unique. I ended grabbing a shiitake burger from their fresh lunch menu. It's a deceptively easy food that shows me a lot about a place. I ordered it rare because chefs often overcook burgers. This one, unfortunately, was
