Horrible, Horrible, Horrible My daughter picked this restaurant for her birthday and since we were meeting family, I brought her cake I baked with us. When I asked for a knife and plates I was told there would be a $2.00 per person plate fee. I said never mind we can eat off our appetizer plates. Our waiter said it didn't matter if we used the plates or not we would still be charged for bringing in our own dessert. Awesome delicious food, friendly great service, and a excellent variety of choices. i had the creamy chicken pesto and it was very very good. My server was friendly, made sure I got top ups on my beverage and made sure my food tasted good, as well as providing recommendations when I asked. The decor is nice, I feel the lights over the tables may be a little low but I didnt notice them when I was eating, clear view to the other side of my table. I highly recommend this place and the creamy chicken pesto💜

They were voted for best pasta company in Ellensburg Washington, so my family wanted to try their dishes back in June 2021. We had family members came to visit us from Seattle and since we haven't been to the pasta company, we figured that it would be good to try the restaurant. We ordered their typical dish red sauce pasta spaghetti. The sauce was extremely pasty and stuck in my mouth and not to mention overwhelming spiciness in the sauce. The food is absolutely amazing! It’s also a very diverse menu - non Italian items, light items, fabulously fattening items, you name it! I can’t go through Ellensburg without going to this restaurant. In addition the staff and managers are wonderful! I thought I had left something there Saturday night and didn’t realize it was missing until Sunday afternoon - when the restaurant is closed for the day! Having not eaten here before, the waiter brought me small samples of three items I had been told to try. ALL WERE GREAT!!
FYI: I do not like tomato soup. I could not get enough of the creamy tomato soup they make in house here. They tell me they make the sauces, dressings, etc. all in house.
Will return with others - this place is awesome.

My seafood alfredo was SPECTACULAR! The sauce was very flavorful and just the right thickness. The seafood had a gentle sear and their individual flavors were distinctive and delightful.
Also, I didn't want to forget to mention, the fresh bread that came before the meal was fresh and warm. It had a nice crust and pulled apart softly. The garlic dipping platter enhanced the whole effect graciously.

What a nice gem in ellensburg. Went there for dinner one night while in town. It's a small space but does have outdoor seating. I sat inside and the tables are close to each other. You can definitely hear other patrons conversations. I skipped the drink menu and ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with mushrooms and broccoli. It's a $2 up charge to add a vegetable so $4. Fresh bread is plenty and they ensure you're never out. Nice garlic paste that you add the oil to for dipping. The wait staff was amazing. So attentive and polite. Once my food came I went "uh oh" in my mind

Ellensberg pasta company restaurant , this small place cascaded in Washington has lip smacking food.
Amazing pasta's , appetizers and it can be truly called as pasta company.
Had amazing artichoke dip 5/5, calamari 5/5, pasta's ordered are pesto pasta, Alfredo pasta,spicy Chipotle all were 5/5.

On a cross country road trip, we had to stop here in Ellensburg for the night. As we pulled into town off the freeway, it's fast food for miles! Feeling bummed, we would be eating junk for dinner, you can imagine my pleasant t surprise at this gem closer to historic downtown! EPC is a small town surprise I am so happy to have found. We passed on appetizers but enjoyed warm bread with plated minced garlic, olive oil and balsamic! Loved this. I ordered the steak Gorgonzola with zucchini, sun dried tomatoes and a basaltic drizzle. Found this restaurant by accident while driving back to Seattle, and so glad we did! We stopped by on a Wednesday evening and immediately got a table with fresh warm bread and olive oil. They had my heart at the warm bread, but let's continue. Our server was super sweet and walked us through the specials, we ended up ordering a tomato soup, spinach salad, fettuccine alfredo, and a gluten-free vegan pasta dish. Received a referral from work about a great Italian restaurant in Ellensburg. I found it, and yes an excellent stop. Staff is friendly from entry to exit.
I enjoyed the spicy chipotle shrimp and it had a good kick, not too spicy, and very flavorful. Washed it down with Irish Death and Men's Room for dessert.
The portions were filing and there is a lot more then you think there is with the big rim dish used. I couldn't finish it and left full and happy. Thank you Ellensburg Pasta Company.

Bruce’s Place: The low key entrance leads to a classic automotive themed bar. With food from the pasta company next door, daily specials, nice wine and beer lists friendly & helpful staff. I was delightfully surprised how good this experience was from start to finish. Our waitress recommended the fries as the side dish with the burger sauce for dipping - great tip!

Amazing! Staff was very patient. Not once were we waiting for food or drinks, the waiter was on point even listening to my almost 9 year old explain that technically today isn't her birthday but it's on tuesday. The food was perfect and beautiful. Steaks perfectly cooked. Seafood fresh. Our kids were treated like the princesses they are.

The garlic that you add balsamic vinegar and olive oil to and dip bread in is amazing! I'm going to recreate this at home! Both of our meals were to die for! I honestly didn't think ellensburg had good food since the only times I ever stop in ellensburg is when I'm going from pullman to Seattle. However, this time I stopped in ellensburg for the night to split the drive back to wsu because of the snow. Super glad I found this place. It was really good and I loved the environment. We waited for 10 minutes and within those 10 minutes it seemed like everyone walking in and out knew each other and it just seemed like such a friendly environment.
