We happily lived in Crystal Plaza for 2.5 years. We recently moved after we bought our house. The building itself is very close to everything a person would need. The neighbors are kind, management is great. They also have good amenities. (Fetch, library, lounge, and of course pool). Carlos(Property Manager) and his team is doing good job. I would definitely go back one day if I ever need to rent again.

I've lived in perhaps a dozen apartment complexes over the years. Crystal Plaza Apartments has been my favorite by far.
The management here does an excellent job of communicating with the tenants. The entire staff is polite and responsive. The few times I've had any maintenance issues (none of which were major), they were resolved within 24 hours.
In addition to the management and staff, the location is very convenient. You're just a short walk from the Crystal City Metro. That same metro is just one stop from the airport. There's plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby if that's your thing

I have absolutely nothing but praise for Crystal Plaza Apartments. Our management is top notch, and probably the hardest working and most thoughtful apartment managers that I've ever encountered. Due to COVID, the past year was incredibly stressful for everyone, and they worked OVERTIME to make sure that we were well taken care of. The building is immaculately clean, and quiet. The amenities are always clean and available. I simply cannot give enough credit or praise to the management. They are the best, top notch and professional. I've lived here for about 5 years, and they have made it a pleasure

I'm thrilled that we will soon be residents at Crystal Plaza! We're moving from Alexandria to Arlington, and even though we love our current home, we love the new location. The units seem to be very well cared for, the amenities are beyond compare, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We owe our thanks to Elisa in particular! She helped us get the last available 3 bedroom unit. She was able to answer all of our questions, and her enthusiasm was contagious! After viewing numerous other apartment complexes in the area, I can say without any reservation that we made the right choice

Moving last year during the summer with COVID-19 and experiencing my first move into an apartment was scary enough. However, I am constantly sharing my experience because it was so great. All the staff and managers have made me feel welcome from the first day. They are always very responsive and helpful in answering questions! I love that they stay on top of maintenance and the building in order to make residence feel most secure when working remote.
