I cannot say enough about this wonderful company! I have used them twice and now my sister has too. Laurie has created a wonderful way to give back to the community! It still amazes me when I hear people who choose realtors "they are friends/family/neighbors" with. Buying or selling a house is one of the biggest investments of their lives and should be left to the most capable of realtors. It's business not personal. Kim Jowers with Give Realty has been amazing to work with! We've both bought and sold with her. She goes above and beyond for her clients and we wouldn't have gotten our last house (13 other bidders) without her excellent negotiation skills and tireless efforts to make sure we got the home of our dreams! Jenny @Give Realty has been wonderful through this whole buy of a home process. When we panicked she was cool, calm, and collected and talked us through it. Not only did Laurie do a fantastic job selling our house and helped us buy a new one in this crazy Austin market, she also gives 25% of her commission to the local charity of your choice. I wish I could say I participated in it because I went looking for a home buying experience that was about more than just buying a home, but that's not exactly how it happened. My husband and I had worked with Laurie Lowe before, when we bought our first home a few years back. She is a professional, knows the neighborhoods, is excellent at explaining the process and negotiations, and a fun person to spend the day driving around looking at properties with.

We were living out of State when we purchased our Texas home and needed a dependable Realtor who would follow up on all the small necessary details. From our first encounter all the way through the entire home-buying process, Laurie was more than helpful and very knowledgeable. She always seemed available, sending us listings that fit our parameters and accompanying us on several house/condo visits.
