Services
Our mission is to provide exceptional veterinary medical care at a fair value, to the community of St. Petersburg, as well as the surrounding communities within south Pinellas County and Tampa Bay. Our veterinarians and professional staff are committed to helping pet owners resolve a wide range of illnesses, injuries, and other pet health problems.
Dogs and cats don't often get cavities, but they can suffer from other types of dental disease. Gum disease is the number one illness found in both dogs and cats. Up to 80% of dogs and 70% of cats that don't receive proper dental care will develop signs of dental disease by the age of three. We are committed to offering the absolute best and most compassionate pet dental care St. Pete, Pinellas County and all of Tampa Bay.
Emergencies are assessed when they arrive. Community Animal Hospitals is staffed and equipped to manage most pet emergency needs. If it becomes necessary to refer your pet to a specialist, CAH Veterinarians will stabilize your pet and call the veterinary referral hospital (of your choice) and make arrangements for you.

I have nothing to complain about at all! While I’m new to Community, I’ve almost always brought my babies to wherever Nicole is! My Orange kitty has had surgery here twice and it went extremely well.
Community has several doctors so if you don’t quite mesh with one, just make an appointment with another. Dr. Dorman, Dr. Destefano, Dr. Brock, Dr. Delgado all amazing! I know I’m missing a few, but really, they’re phenomenal! The vet techs and office staff are so amazing too. You can trust them with your babies. I’ve seen reviews suggesting they’re money first, pet last… that couldn’t

The people are all very nice, and seems to be quality vet care. I gave 2 stars because on 4 separate occasions I had to sit in the parking lot for over 30 minutes past the appointment time to even get my dog in. One time was over an hour. The final straw was yesterday when I called beforehand to ask if they were on time cause I had a meeting, they said yes should be quick. And guess who had to reschedule their meeting...
