Homemade Risotto is a northern Italian rice dish cooked in a broth to a creamy consistency. Spritz is named after the famous aperitif from the Veneto Region. Our logo tells only part of the story: a gentle cloud of rising bubbles indicates a bubbly mix of Italian sparkling wine called Prosecco, Aperol (an Italian specialty aperitif similar to Campari) and a splash of soda water.
The relatively low alcohol content of the spritz is constantly cited as key to its success. In Venice, people say, one spritz easily leads to another. Located in downtown Coral Gables on Ponce de Leon, one block north of Miracle Mile, Spritz is a cozy, rustic gathering place with a warm and relaxed atmosphere bustling with a chic loyal following.

This is the worse food and service I have ever received in my entire life. I placed an order at 7:40 pm and is 9:31 pm and still have not received the order for a margarita pizza. The owner of the restaurant was very unprofessional, rude . Knowing the bad service he and the driver which works side by side with him. I demanded a complete refund since I haven’t received the order and instead of apologizing he just laughed in my face!!!!! This was my first and last time coming to this place and ordering. Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. SERVICE IS EXTREMELY BAD AND OWNER AND MANAGER ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL

Placed an order through slice at 7:15 pm. By 8:30 it hasn't arrived so I called. I was told the driver just left and it would arrive in 10 minutes. Still no pizza at 9:00 pm so I call again. I'm told that they got too busy and don't have anyone to deliver my pizza but I can come pick it up and they will give me half off. No thanks don't do me any favors. So you took my order knowing you can't fill it then lie and say its on the way before finally admitting that you can't deliver and then expect me to come get it and you'll give me a whooping 50% off. Way not to do business guys.

This is just another one of those places that literally give you a taste of Italy. Extremely flavorful and extremely delicious. It's a little hole in the wall in Coral Gables and you really won't expect the food to be this good. So what we ordered I really enjoyed everything and the flavor and the quality and the wholesome ingredients were definitely there. We got there late as they were closing and they still took us and the service was very good as well. The price is also pretty good as well. Overall I would say that this was a great experience and I would highly recommend this restaurant

This restaurant is unassuming but unbeatable in value, taste, and service. The marvelous Marta made us feel like family on the last day of our weeklong mother daughter trip through South Florida and The Keys. We had salads, pizza, and white wine, and my mom said it was the best house wine she ever had. It really is perfect, not pretentious but polished, a hidden gem on the Miracle Mile.

My girlfriend and I ordered gluten free pasta (I have celiac disease); I repeated the words "gluten free" to ensure the waiter understood. When paying the bill I realized he had brought us whole wheat instead of gluten free pasta (the bill reported the information; the two types of pasta are hardly distinguishable based on flavor). After pointing out this major error (eating gluten can cause major averse reactions in celiacs), the restaurant did not apologize nor took care of the bill, in order words, I had to pay for food that I did not order and that could have sent me to the hospital

From the beginning we should have gotten up and left. It started with cups of dirty water with pieces of things floating around.. later the waiter pulled the menu out of my daughters hands before we were done ordering. We end up having him repeat the order for no reason because after an hour of waiting for our pizzas he had the audacity to say ae hadn't ordered yet!
But it doesn't end there..
As we are eating our appetizers, he comes and takes my plate before I was even done eating and removes the olive oil and balsamic without even asking.
Never again. This place is really below

Sometimes the pizza is delicious, sometimes it is soggy for delivery. Overall it is one of the most delicious pizzas in town. Second only to palmarola. Perhaps they might be a little better than pummerella. Same same different different.
However, anytime that you order from Spritz an overpriced $20 Pizza with delivery and all kinds of unknown costs, 1 pizza delivery costs around the $36. Not worth it. At all.
Meh. Mediocre. Overpriced.

Nothing new here... still OBSESSED with their "Rustica" Pizza. Simply phenomenal. Plus their salads are fantastic. Favourites include the "Capriccio" (Mixed greens and argula with pears, gorgonzola, Toasted walnuts and raspberry vinaigrette) & the "Tropicale" (Arugula salad with hearts of palms, avocado, cherry tomato, shaved Parmesan and lemon dressing) and the "Di Spinaci" (Baby spinach, corn kernels, Parmesan, and lemon vinaigrette).

The smell as soon as you walk in is exquisite! free bread, beautiful atmosphere, great service. Quality pizza and great portions on the rest of their food. My friend ordered a pizza and they had it done for her in less than 10 minutes and we got to watch the guy make it from the bar. while we waited they gave us bread and water even though we were just doing takeout. Amazing place

We came in here around 1pm on a Saturday after a visit to the Fairchild Botanical Garden.
There are some tables outside, but it was about to rain so we stayed inside. The interior of the restaurant is nice, but casual. The menu has a good variety of Italian standards.
I ordered a personal size pizza and I was happy with it. I even had two leftover slices to give to hubs to try. I would describe it as a thinner Italian style with a light amount of toppings. The pizza had a slightly sweet sauce and a teeny amount of grease. Hubby went for the lasagna, he gave it 8 out of 10.

This place is well located in Coral Gables.... has a nice terrace that will be nice when it's finished.... as for food, it is below average... the pizza needs improvement... needs flavor, spices to make them tastier... for the moment, chef needs to improve he recipe.... service was ok. All in all, been there...
