I went there to drop off a FedEx package, which was quick (better than the nearby Walgreen center where I usually need to wait for someone). My only issue was that the parking wasn't convenient -- there was a parking (I had to double-park for a quick drop off) in the alley behind but wasn't very easy to find the entry (even with the big sign).

I walked in trying to get service on getting new business cards and the employee that was sitting at the desk said that he was unable to help me because he was on his lunch break and it ended 10 minutes from the time that I got there. I said could you please just try to help me I don't live anywhere nearby and he said honestly no my boss doesn't pay me enough, he was hourly and I have to I don't really care so you should come back when I'm off my lunch break. Printing Fly is a great print shop, with fast turnarounds, and excellent communication and customer service. Print quality is top notch, and Roy and his team are excellent. We were looking for a local print shop for our small business, and we found Printing Fly here through Yelp. Roy answered all our questions in a very professional and friendly manner, and was able to not only have our print order done earlier than expected, but also was able to add in a last minute mass print job that they turned around the same day in addition to our other order.

The odds were in my favor! They were able to accommodate my order and the employee, Don, was so helpful! He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the services they offer. Great printing house! I first found them but posting a request on Yelp and they replied right away. The owner and employees are super nice and the turnaround is very quick. Their quality is great too! I've worked with other printing shops before and I'm very happy with this one and not planning on going anywhere else! Very recommended!

Couldn't be happier with the results of my print. The employees were really helpful and just pleasant to work with. Don was patient, friendly and an expert at what he does. I am picky and very OCD with designs and he make it his goal thay the job was done perfectly. The banner was perfect, the post cards were exactly what I wanted.

I signed up for a mailbox because rather than trying to get packages at home, I can go to Po Box Los Angeles and pick up my boxes when they arrive. I order a lot of stuff for personal and business use from online, and knowing that my boxes are safe gives me that sense of comfort. Forget the long lines at UPS or USPS…they take care of everything here super speedy

I used their PO Box service for a year. Unfortunately, I moved really far from the area now so I had to end the service. There is not a single negative thing I can say about this place. It is always clean and pleasant whenever I come in.
The employees are all very friendly and helpful. Whenever my box was getting full or I got a package, someone from Printing Fly always called or emailed me to let me know. Whenever I had difficulty getting out of the car to pick up my mail, I would call them and they would meet me by the curb with my mail for me. Even now, as I cancelled my service with them

Excellent Customer Service!! I inquired about vinyl banners, vinyl stickers, and custom stationery design services through their website, and I got an immediate response from them. Ben was extremely helpful and was awesome helping me with my order. He emailed me with an invoice right away and a mock up of how my trifold stickers would come out. The outcome of the product was excellent and with my busy schedule, their DELIVERY SERVICE was just what I needed!! Great place with great staff. Came here on the fly for some quick notary and left with a smile on my face. Prompt, courteous and professional service in a clean and friendly location. Avoid traps like the UPS store that are always in dysfunction and places like FedEx office which really needs to burn to the ground. What a disgrace.

I was shopping around for a low-cost, local, and speedy printing shop and I knew I had found it when I spoke to Omid of Printing Fly. He was very knowledgeable and swift in getting a price quote to me on the same day I had called asking for a quote on brochure design and printing. Other printing companies I had called took DAYS to reply with quotes or passed me through several chains of management to give me a clear answer. Omid knew what he could offer me and in the end, his quote was cheaper than all of the other local businesses I called, as well as FedEx/Kinko's.
