I saw Dr. Schmerler for 3 years for routine cleanings, X-rays, and teeth sensitivity, and every time was wonderful. (I would absolutely continue to have her as my dentist if we still lived in the Cincinnati area.) She and Dr. Malavich have a beautiful, clean office with very kind, professional, and caring dental hygienists and receptionists. Even though I usually saw Dr. Schmerler after work for evening appointments, the office was always on time. Dr. Schmerler and her staff take their time to listen, get to know you personally and your medical issues thoroughly, and address all questions and concerns

My first routine appointment was amazing however the second appointment was a disaster. Dr. Malkovich suggested a filling and prep for crown on another tooth.
I needed a root canal. Dr. Malkovich wanted to save the tooth which I truly appreciate but the amount of pain I experienced was a bit traumatizing. I came back to the office maybe 3 hours later for him to start the root canal. He referred me to the Endontist and said I would be able to get in the next day for them to complete the root canal. It took almost 3weeks. I couldn't work due to the pain, swelling and medication prescribed. So far

I met Dr. Malavich a couple months ago, when I lost a crown. We were new to the area, and I found them through our dental insurance. I couldn't have been happier with the service and Dr. Malavich's care. We recently went for our first "cleanings" and, once again, we were very happy with the care we received! The hygienists were thorough, friendly, and did a great job with the "cleanings". We got to meet Dr. Schmerler on this trip, and she's just as personable and kind as the entire staff. We would highly recommend this practice! Thank you for making finding new dental care a great experience!!

I have had a very positive experience with Dr. Schlermer and the Beckham Square Family Dental staff, and I haven't been the easiest patient! My teeth are better now than they've ever been. I only wish I had done all this sooner. Their location is easy to get to, I've almost never waited to be seen, and I have every confidence in the Dr and staff. I would recommend them very highly!

I had a fall in January 2021. I reached out to a few dental offices. Beckham Square contacted me immediately it was a late Friday afternoon, I was surprised by the rapid response. They were able to get me in that Monday morning. My consultation was with Dr. Malavich. He advised me that the teeth could not be saved, he was able to bond them, which lasted 7 months. We set up a treatment plan of extracting and placing a partial after complete healing. I had the extractions yesterday, I was so nervous. I had no pain no trauma and very little bleeding. (under local). I am so Very Pleased with Dr. Scott

Got to my dentist appointment scheduled for 2:30pm only for them to tell me they can't perform cleaning because the dentist went home sick and the hygienist can't perform the cleaning without the dentist. Totally understand that. But they should have called and left me a voicemail so I'm not wasting my time. I'm a working mom with two kids- I dont have time to waste to leave work early. I would take a screen shot of my call log or voice mail but there's no voicemail or missed call. Very unprofessional and creates an unpleasant experience. Sorry, but you've lost me
