This private fitness facility is dedicated to personal fitness and wellness programming, implementation and professional supervision. We specialize in assisting post-rehab clients that are recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries and joint-replacements. After physical therapy, let us get you ready to get back on the tennis court, golf course, your bike or running regimen.
