We are currently running all classes at our downtown location, 417 S. Main St. #103, Memphis TN, next to the Blues Hall of Fame. Masks are required during all classes. Bendy Beast Fitness is Memphis and the Mid South's premier pole dancing and pole fitness community. Our diverse community teaches self love and self care through movement arts to all types of people throughout Memphis and the Mid-South.

We are a safe space for all body types, genders, ages, races, religions, sexual orientations, and ability levels. Whoever you are and wherever you're at on your fitness and wellness journey, we pride ourselves on accepting and supporting everyone. Most gyms and fitness professionals tell you to change your body so you can love it.
Services
Bendy Beast Fitness is Memphis' premier pole dancing and pole fitness community. Our diverse community teaches self love and self care through movement arts to all types of people throughout Memphis and the Mid-South. We believe that every single person can learn to make choices from a place of self love and self care, rather than striving to be someone different from who you are today.
Plan to arrive 15 minutes early so you can find parking, check in, change clothes if needed, and we can all start class on time. Late arrivals disrupt class for everyone. Street parking is available on South Main Street right in front of the building - during class hours parking is free. Free parking can also found on the side streets.

Liz and Marcy are phenomenal! They are extremely helpful and friendly! I encourage anyone to try their classes. It may be intimidating at first but it’s worth it! I’ve been going to the studio for months and my body is a lot stronger and I feel more confident. I’m hooked with pole! It’s so fun and I don’t feel like I’m exercising🤩

I've been going to this pole studio for over 6 months now and can't recommend it enough. The community is incredibly supportive and there are multiple classes throughout the week at various levels so you can find one that suits your speed. The training Liz offers really covers the foundations, so while it may feel slower than you'd like initially, it's not only safe (extremely important with this kind of dance) but you WILL see progress if you stick with it! It's harder than it looks but it's a ton of fun and a full body workout. If you've been wanting to try
