Deep tissue massage focuses on the body's deepest layers of muscle tissue and fibres. Considerable pressure is applied in deep slow strokes to help loosen adhesions and tension stored in the muscle tissue. Depending on your activities, sports massage therapy techniques can be adjusted so that nothing is done to disrupt the training cycle or competition.
The Ladder provides a calorie-melting workout. Increased muscle mass involved accounts for higher energy expenditure than any other machine for high intensity, low impact exercise. The Ladder is used by pro teams like the Dallas Cowboys and Cleveland Indians, and also by elite military units like Navy SEALS and Army Rangers.
I doubt I will ever go to a different gym, since I found Cheetahfit. The BEST training center in Boulder hands down. The owner Matt Hoskins does everything to get you to the next level, whether that be in a sport, life style, rehabilitation, or just want to look and feel better. This is the best personal training gets in Boulder, no BS, just results. I'd highly highly recommend giving this place a shot!

Cheetah Fit is an absolute hidden gem in Boulder. They have great facilities, are extremely knowledgeable and capable of specializing in any sport specific training, rehab or general fitness. My time at Cheetah fit has resulted In improved fitness, more energy and an overall better sense of self. Even throughout covid they have been ready to train in-person or via Skype so that I stay on track and continue to meet my fitness goals. I can’t recommend them enough.

I've been getting trained by Matt for over a year now. I have used trainers at other gyms, and while I liked them, Matt is in a class all his own. Every month's workout is tailored to my goals and addressing my personal fitness, where I'm at now. Gym itself is excellent and has everything one could possibly use, and a lot more I've never known about. Very personalized training throughout. Thanks!

I've used a number of the services offered at Cheetahfit and worked with several trainers and therapists over the years. I have always found everyone very friendly and welcoming, as well as highly skilled and professional. The training facilities are exceptional with top quality equipment in excellent condition, many of which I have not seen elsewhere, and there are even several custom designed pieces for specific needs. Matt, the proprietor, has an outstanding knowledge of physical training and many health subjects. He takes great interest and care in designing a program to meet individual needs

I have over 23 years of experience in sports and training. Matt is the most knowledgeable and talented personal trainer I have ever met. He is more like a physical therapist than a trainer and will get you to the next level of training in less time and without injury. I love this place so much! It's not like any other gym I've ever been to. Probably because it's not a gym, it's a personal training center.
My first day there, Matt took my measurements, watched me walk, and had me do a few exercises. Then he came up with a personalized list of exercises for me to do each week.
After my first 10 sessions, I was able to stand up straight WITHOUT PAIN for the first time in my life! I also lost 14 pounds in that time, and gained a lot of muscle. My exercise tolerance is better than it's ever been, and my core strength is up.
They also help with re-injury prevention

I have been getting monthly massages at Cheetah Fit for over a year. The atmosphere is very pleasant and very professional. Petra is awesome. Very conscientious and considerate and uses effective techniques to tackle problem areas. She is prompt and responsive and very accommodating.
I had one introductory training session with Matt, but due to a membership at another gym, I don't utilize their training services. However, he was thorough, thoughtful and professional in his approach and gave me lots of tips for stretches and exercises when it comes to strength and injury recovery.

Cheetahfit is the best gym experience I've ever had in Boulder. I love the atmosphere, and Petra and Matt as trainers have designed a program that makes working out more fun for me. I don't get bored, I know it's working, and I feel like I get thorough instruction so I'm not worried about injuring myself. Highly recommend checking them out and getting set up with some personal training. I am the most motivated I've ever been to stay in shape!

Matt has been my personal trainer for over 10 years and that in and of itself speaks volumes! Prior to Cheetahfit, Matt shared over the years his vision to create a truly state of the art gym with the best both broad and deep range of work out equipment. Cheetahfit was the reality far exceeding the original vision - and on top of that it is the absolute cleanest and well appointed gym there is.

I began exercising at Cheetah Fit in June of 2013. My first impression of the gym was the cleanliness, and how well organized and maintained the gym appeared. Matt's attention to detail and choice to use only high end equipment was a great first impression. Matt and Petra designed a weight training, exercise and diet plan that reflected my weight loss and strengthening goals. They both personally trained me and encouraged me throughout my daily workouts.
