As I write this, I am able to do it from the comfort of my new house and I am so grateful that Dave Tumpa and his team will always be a part of our journey. We had a phenomenal experience working with the Dave Tumpa Team to sell our home - Ashley was our listing agent and we highly recommend her - but the whole team is involved and really invested in doing the best for their clients. The marketing strategy all the way through to closing day went as smoothly as it could have and Ashley was with us every step of the way to provide advice, handle the open house, selecting the best offer, and keep us on track with the paperwork , but we really felt in control of the process and never pushed out of our comfort zone. This is the third house I’ve purchased. Ashley and the whole Dave Tumpa Team were beyond amazing! This market has been rough and it took me almost 2 years to find and get the official home!! Never once did Ashley hesitate or give up hope on helping me see homes. We were the 1st in to view on many occasions. She’s very knowledgeable and persistent. I couldn’t ask for a better realtor and would highly recommend the whole team to everyone. This was the best process I’ve ever had!

We worked with Ashley on the Dave Tumpa Team and she was absolutely wonderful! We were so picky on home search and it was even more difficult because we were working with limited funds. In this market, with how fast everything is moving, it felt like we were never going to find a home. Ashley was so patient with us and very honest. We knew she wasn't going to try to push a home on us that we weren't ready for/didn't want. She was so accommodating of our needs. Because it took so long, she met almost our entire immediate family. After months of looking we finally found our perfect starter home.
