We want to help people we care about in the Louisville, Kentucky, area rewrite their stories, change their lives, and improve their health and fitness. Everyone once had to start at the beginning. Our workouts and "CrossFit Specific Movements" allow for a wide range of modification and adjustment to meet the physical abilities of EVERY athlete, even those with no previous experience. Far more than group fitness class, CrossFit is individual coaching in a group setting. Our workouts are different every day; intense, but altered to each participant's experience level. Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics in order to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter.
Nutrition is one thing that most people want to focus on, but have a difficult time starting or continuing over time. Nutrition impacts all aspects of training, which is why it is at the bottom of the pyramid, instead of somewhere in-between. Food influences performance. You could be guessing or spending hours of time researching, not really knowing if you are headed in the right direction to get the results that you desire.
During pregnancy your body is preparing for what is ultimately the largest physical event it will ever go through: birth. Unfortunately there isn't a lot of information out there to help guide you safely and effectively through this process. Most Doctors will readily claim that the healthier mom is, the healthier baby is but simply "doing what you have always done" isn't enough of a guideline nor is "listen to your body".

Fern Creek has a strong smaller community and they follow mayhem programming. It’s a great CrossFit box with excellent equipment.

Fern Creek Crossfit is a great place where the staff is awesome, considerate, and very knowledgeable on fitness and explains all movements for your workout. And sees that that are being performed in a safe and accurate manner. The people who workout are as welcoming as they come. They make you feel you have been working out with them forever. Treat you like a close knit community and family. I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants a change in their fitness level.

I started here after my old box had to close back in the spring. The coaches and members have been extremely welcoming. The owners and coaches are quite knowledgeable, with years of experience, are happy to answer questions and are always providing feed back to help me learn and improve. I've recently got involved in their nutrition coaching and its been really helpful and eye opening. Before Crossfit, I was never a fan of the gym and could never be consistent. Now my top priority is making sure I make it to my class time, it's my favorite part of the day.

Amazing coaches, great leadership, and awesome owners! The atmosphere is very welcoming and yet they will push you to your limits! There are all shapes and sizes, all fitness levels, and a diverse group of people that make the killer workout experience less intimidating. Definitely recommend!

Best place to begin your fitness journey! Can’t definitely say it’s been life changing. I started not knowing anything about fitness, but through this gym I’ve gained not only strength but knowledge as well. I’ve learned about nutrition and how to not only lose weight but maintain. I cannot say enough good things about the coaches and other members. They hold me accountable and always push my further than I think I can go.
