Carey Animal Hospital
I'm always sure my cats get superior care while there and it doesn't hurt that the staff volunteers to carry the kitties to the car for me! Early morning walks, rainy day snuggles, frisbee in the park--many of our most enjoyable moments are spent with our pets. As best friends and family members, they deserve the most compassionate and professional veterinary care available.

At Carey Animal Hospital, our veterinarian and staff are extremely proud to serve the pets of the Oakley neighborhood in Cincinnati. We believe in treating animals with the very same unconditional love that they show us and giving them the chance to live as many years as possible with their owners.
Services
Dr. Noble purchased the Carey Animal Hospital in October when Dr. Donna Carey retired. He spent 12 years working as an emergency veterinarian before taking over at CAH. He and his wife Colleen live in Silverton with their daughters Norah and Rosie. As a boy, Matt was always interested in animals - learning about them and helping them.
We value our clients' testimonials about their experience at Carey Animal Hospital. If your pet or animal is currently a patient, please feel free to complete the following Client Experience Questionnaire. The Questionnaire is in Adobe Acrobat format, and requires the free Acrobat Reader to view. I'm always sure my cats get superior care while there and it doesn't hurt that the staff volunteers to carry the kitties to the car for me!
Pet wellness plans are the routine care that pets need throughout their lives to stay their healthiest. Vaccines, parasite prevention, fecal testing, checks on organ function, and guidance on behavior, nutrition, and surgeries such as spay and neuter maximize your pet's health throughout every life stage.
Protecting your pet from preventable animal diseases is essential to their health and the health of the general population. Though the majority of these diseases are not contagious to people, some like rabies are. Infected animals spread rabies through bites and scratches and the disease is prevalent in wildlife.
Carey Animal Hospital's doctors have the skills and equipment necessary to perform cat and dog surgeries at the highest level of safety. We understand that as a part of your family, your pet's well-being and comfort are extremely important to you, and they are to us, too.

That's why we follow a strict pet surgery protocol that requires a pre-op exam and blood work to evaluate health, custom anesthesia and pain management, and continuous monitoring throughout each procedure.Your four-legged best friend is in capable, caring hands with our team here in Cincinnati, OH.

My first time at this vet. They were SO amazing! So welcoming to me and my pet. They get your pet while you wait in the car. They are on time and do not take forever. They weren't trying to sell me or get me to pay a lot of money either. They really care for the pets. Great people and a great veterinarian.

I have been to many vets in my lifetime having always grown up with animals. Carey Animal Hospital BY FAR is the best vet I have ever been to. I have three cats and am a frequent customer there, I have never had a bad experience. They text when not open and are always willing to make accommodations based on your needs. Super affordable and overall they really seem to know what they are doing.

I've had an amazing experience with Carey Animal Hospital since I adopted my 3 year old lab in September. They updated her vaccines, treated her allergy and skin issues, spayed her and much more. Since we've been going since covid, they come out to get her and take her inside and I wait in my car. Dr. Noble always comes out and goes through a thorough explanation of everything that happened at the visit and makes sure I understand all options, etc. All other staff members I have interacted with have been extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They took extraordinary care with my pug puppy. They were always excited to see her and provided very good care for her. I had them perform the surgery to neuter my dog. There were no complications and my dog is happy and healthy! I'm sad that I've moved and can't bring her to Dr. Carey anymore.

I like that they schedule one animal at a time, so that when you get there, you aren't in the lobby with several other animals. Very personable vet, they remember my Dexter and Laura always gives him extra love and "special treats" so that he doesn't fear going in when we pull into the parking lot.
