As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist/Professional Counselor, my vision is to provide a safe place where the hurting, the depressed, the anxious, and the confused can find compassion, hope, healing and guidance. Whatever the challenge is that you face, you are not alone! I have an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN and a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca University in Nashville, TN.
In my work, I specialize in emotional, relational, and spiritual healing as well as a full spectrum of mental health issues. All communication is handled with the greatest care and confidentiality. Grace Chapel offers a sliding scale fee that is based on your gross annual household income.
Convenience: virtual clients share that they love not having to commute to and from appointments. Flexibility: Clinicians and clients may have more flexibility around appointment times when they no longer need to come into the office to do them. Accessibility: Through virtual therapy we can work with clients who might not live close enough to be able to drive to my office or who routinely travel for work or pleasure.
The same is true for people. If we are not planted properly or given the nutrients necessary for our overall health and functioning, we too, will struggle to survive.
