Crossroads Grooming

What an awesome experience. We are new to Colorado Springs, and our Benji developed some issues. We were worried about finding the right Vet clinic/hospital, but thanks to the Dr and staff at Crossroads Animal hospital our worries are no more. Friendly staff, no surprise $$. We have found our new Vet Office.

I have been taking my dogs and cat here for years! everyone is so wonderful and even my most shy dog goes happily to see them.

I got my pup in March and have been here 4 times at least already, between vaccines and shots and today, I had to get my fur baby in because she had some weird eye discharge the last few days. I called Monday… to try and get her in but was told they are booked until the following Wednesday, but was advised to call 7:45 the following morning to get into an emergency appointment slot. I was able to get my pup in, and she was in and out in 45 minutes. Every time she has been seen I have been so impressed from the assistants who come get her from my car, to the vet (Dr. Paaymans) who calls me

All of the staff really seem to care about the well being of the animals and won’t talk you into spending unnecessary money.

I called Crossroads on a Saturday, worried my dog may have had a crazy infection. Dr Hyden and his staff were amazing, caring, and fixed my fur baby right up. I have taken all of my dogs to Dr H since 2006 and have never been disappointed.

Crossroads is amazing. They care about your animal’s well being immensely, and their pricing is extremely fair. My cat was throwing up for a week and wouldn’t eat. The vet thoroughly examined her, ran tests, and did x-rays. We discovered she had a blockage and surgery was necessary. They made her a top priority by rescheduling low priority… appointments and staying after hours. They made sure my cat got the surgery she needed quickly and correctly. Afterwards, they were extremely informative and helpful with after care instructions. I highly recommend Crossroads Animal Hospital
