5X Fitness Lounge is a private boutique fitness studio created with you, as a Trainer/Coach, in mind. Our top priority is to create an atmosphere where you can provide your clients with a transformative experience using top of the line equipment. The 5X fitness primary vision is providing you an opportunity to develop your personal health goals, which will enhance and lengthen your life.

5X fitness innovative health strategies, exercise strategies, and individualized fitness programs are created to meet the needs for everyday people in distinctive walks of life. While growing older is inevitable; hospitalization and being ill is not if you are living a healthy lifestyle.
Services
If you're having trouble standing, walking or moving-no matter your age-physical therapy can help. Stretching and strengthening exercises help restore your ability to move. Physical therapists can properly fit individuals with a cane, crutches or any other assistive device, or assess for orthotic prescription.
As part of an overall diabetes management plan, exercise can help effectively control blood sugar. Additionally, people with diabetes may have problems with sensation in their feet and legs. Physical therapists can help provide and educate these patients on proper foot care to prevent further problems down the road.
When you begin physical therapy, you will get screened for fall risk. If you're at high risk for falls, therapists will provide exercises that safely and carefully challenge your balance as a way to mimic real-life situations. Therapists also help you with exercises to improve coordination and assistive devices to help with safer walking.
We know exercise should be a priority. But It can be hard to work out with so many distractions and difficulties keeping us from the gym. When we are able to work out, focusing on the exercise and blocking out distractions can be even harder. Too often, we power through a workout and check it off the list without thinking about how to improve mental health.
Try our 5-Minute Stress Reliever Full-Body Workout to get an effective full-body workout that will not only get your heart pumping but will help reduce stress. Begin standing with feet together and arms by your side. Jump up and out to the side with both feet so that your feet are now wide apart. While jumping out, raise your arms straight up and out to your side until your palms are together above your head.

If you are looking for a private trainer I highly recommend 5X Fitness Lounge. I’ve been training with Tyrell to get back in shape and on the tennis courts from a two year knee issue. (Meniscus and partial knee replacement) He is so much more than what one thinks of a “gym trainer.” He has back ground in Physical Therapy, which is a huge plus when recovering from injuries.

If you are looking for an immaculate facility with the latest equipment and professional training, then this is your place. Tyrrell's knowledge of fitness and movement is second to none. When you combine that with brand new strength and cardio machines to sleds and sledge hammers, you have everything you need for an amazing workout.

I'm a student athlete and the fitness aspect of my sport is just as important to me as playing the game. Working with Tyrrell regularly for the last year and a half has gotten me to the next level. We also focus a lot on stretching to reduce my risk of injury. I highly recommend him to any athlete who plays their sport seriously in high school, college and beyond. Love the new facility he opened up!

I work out to stay fit and relieve stress. As I get older, I do not work out at the same intensity as I use to and am not looking to injury myself. Tyrrell always knows how to modify movements if something crops up. I never do the same workout twice and always leave knowing I have given it my all. Great trainer and great facility!
