We provide endurance training, triathlon coaching, one-on-one personal training & boot camp fitness classes to keep you fit. My journey toward becoming healthy began about 2 years ago. It started with a decision to join a gym and begin to put me and my health first. This was by no means an easy decision as I work full time, am a wife as well as a mother of two young children.
In July of 2012, I was into my second year of competing in sprint triathlons and had completed the Gate River Run in March. During that time, I developed a shin splint in my left leg that would not heal, and eventually became a stress fracture. The only thing worse for me than being overweight and out of shape was not having the energy or ability to keep up with my 4 grandkids the way I wanted.

Founded in 2012, EnJoy Fitness is a full service triathlon, endurance, and strength training organization serving individual athletes in Jacksonville. We work with all levels of athletes, from beginners to elites, as well as individuals who want to gain a healthier lifestyle through basic mobility and improved nutrition habits.
It does not matter if you run only one mile per day, or you run ten miles per day, at a six minute mile pace, you are a runner; however, you are not only a runner, you are an endurance athlete. The question is not what kind of endurance athlete are you, but what kind of endurance athlete you will become?
We offer both personal one-on-one training, as well as weekly boot camps. To add a level of accountability, we provide you with ongoing feedback and progress reports using a powerful, yet simple app. Whether you use a Garmin, Fitbit or one of the various fitness apps on the market today, all data can be synchronized into one central location.
45 minute full body workout. TRX Suspension Training, functional training, and boot camp style drills. Suspension training builds strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability combining hundreds of functional exercises. These exercises adjust to all fitness levels, while utilizing your own body weight.

Hands down the best training experience of my life. I felt fully prepared for my first half iron-man and finished it!!!! Could not ask for a better more experienced coach. She stayed in contact with me and made sure I was staying on track the entire time. Joy cares about each and every athlete and helps them reach all their goals. She assists you in all aspects of training.... Swimming, biking, running, nutrition, etc.......When I was struggling, Joy was by my side to encourage me and lift me up. I will definitely be training with her for my next big endeavor.
